The food is okay and the service is not the most attentive. I've been here multiple times and am never overwhelmed by the experience. The music is also SO loud it's very difficult to have a conversation. It seems like they're trying to make it into more of a bar ambiance at night.

We love Tacuba. This friendly spot is like being at home. We are not Mexican, we are Salvadoran, but Tacuba has become in our favorite place to celebrate all our special days or just spend our weekends to enjoy it's delicious nachos, quesadillas, seafood jalea and the best michelada in NY, colorful decoration and without miss good music! 100% Recommended! From the door you feel a joyful atmosphere, a very cool and attentive staff (Aracely, Angel and every guy in the staff) We are Taculovers! Since 8 years ago we have come for the first time and we have always been back because we love it.

I usually never leave a horrible review but this Sunday was probably the worst experience I ever had at this place and this is my favorite place in Astoria. Our server pablo had the worst attitude I understand there is a language issue and he spoke more Spanish but we were trying our best to make it easy and it was just an issue. He was around when we needed him and when we asked for extra sauce or more chips it took forever to come out. It’s just made it seem like he did not care for our table and we are in the food industry as well and understand the business but this was a horrible evening for my family and I. Screaming at the other employees and giving attitude to everyone is not what makes a business work. Usually when we go we have an amazing time with tano and Leanny. If I go back it will only be with them two. I hope things get better and I hope next time it’s a better environment

We went there Saturday for dinner, I was with my friend. The food and drinks were good but the only issue was THE SERVER I believe his name was Pablo ! From the beginning he made us feel rushed to order. They didn’t seem to be busy. His attitude was unpleasant. We spoke to a manager asked for a a new server and she took care of us. She was friendly and made up for his service. I recommended the restaurant but ask to not be seated with Pablo.
