Been ordering here for over a year since I saw the ads in the neighborhood. Consistently fresh and flavor rich but not overpowering.

I did a BYOB. It was o-kaayyy. I did a hummus base and 6 diff toppings so maybe I needed a carb base but everything was just kinda average. Soft pita in the side was good but it was very small!

Placed an order for pickup from GrubHub. Order was ready when I got there. Food was really good. I filled out the follow-up survey and actually received a personalized thank you message which I appreciate. Good food. I will be back

The food at tiam used to be good about 7 years ago. Now you should eat here only if you want to fall ill and possible die of food poisoning from eating here

Food is okay, but the service is really bad.
My boyfriend ordered a bowl for me 30 minutes before the listed closing time and the staff gave him a hard time. They had already started cleaning up and were being very rude and were rushing him.
If it was a minute before closing, maybe I’d understand, but 30 minutes before is ridiculous.
They should update the closing time or stop closing early.
I’ve worked in food service. This isn’t normal imo

I made my own bowl with green falafel and chicken shawarma. I was really pleased by the variety of toppings and sauces, as well as the options for Israeli couscous and/or greens for the base. My chicken was very flavorful, tender, and shredded perfectly. The falafel were a good size, very crispy, and well-balanced with herbs and garlic. I had hummus, very creamy, also well-balanced and tasting so fresh. The beets were sweet and tender. I also enjoyed the tender carrots and salty pickles. I highly recommend this affordable feast.

I was pleasantly surprised after having a really bad experience at the Spring St location. The ingredients here are much fresher, and everything is neatly arranged. The staff is also genuinely friendly which was very different from Spring St. I enjoyed my meal!
Horrible food, worst service ever. Just skip.

Hi. I usually go here when I work at the office at QPN. It is always so good and tasty. It’s absolutely delicious and some of my other teammates love eating the food from here as well! This restaurant is located inside of the food hall called “JACX&CO.” I always order the “create your own” plate/bowl. And I order the plate, with chicken shawarma, with greens, rice, tomatoes, cucumbers, chickpeas, feta cheese, hummus, and avocado, with tahini sauce/dressing! The HUMMUS is a must!!! It did come with some pita bread on the side! Remember they only allow you to choose up to 6 toppings for this! It is very healthy and delicious! I also tried their ginger mint lemonade, and it was good as well, however, it had a lot of sugar and was a little too sweet for me, but it was still good. Next time I would like to try their “date lime banana smoothie!” The workers there are usually kind, professional, and helpful as well. This is a great place to grab some lunch for either take out or dine in! Thank you for your service!

I went into this place at 8:35 PM and was told that they were closed However, their website said that they’re open till 9 PM. The main lobby doorman said everything closes at 9 PM. This is bad service unprofessional because now it’s a loss of time that it took me to park my vehicle to try to grab something getting off work. I see why they have bad reviews
