I love coming here. Great juices! Love it very much! ImThey have passion fruit juice, pineapple juice, coconut juice, horchata, and cantaloupe/melon juice etc.! 💕 It is delicious! My friend orders the Mexican hotdog and loves it. It comes with ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles, onions, tomatoes. He said it is very good! My other friend orders the “ Tacos dorados” with chicken and they come with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and sour cream on top. My friend says these are very good too. Maybe could use more flavor he says but still they are very good! Photos are attached! They have a good Mexican steak torta which is a steak sandwich that comes with Mexican cheese, beans, guacamole, a sauce, lettuce, tomato, it is very good and I like it!!! The yellow lemonade in the photos with the steak torta is not from them. I also love their brown juice which is “tamarindo / tamarind” !!! Their other juices are very good as well !!!! 😋

I ordered three chicken tacos they were dry and I ordered two pieces of his chicken they didn't cut the quesadillas tacos dry food overall okay

Avoid this place I had the pleasure of visiting an authentic taco restaurant in Harlem a few days the employee was patient and the owner came to check how we were multiple times the place was packed with people.

This place had a few customers which should have been the first red flag! The employee was on his phone and had poor customer service, super rude.

Support another small business with competent employees that are kind to customers and have decent food, this establishment isn’t one of them!

i love the carne enchilada taco! i didnt know what it was but is really good. I also like the passion fruit juice and the other drinks. I come to eat the mexican food here because there is not many places that actually know what mexican food is really like. they have gorditas, picadas, huaraches, chilaquiles. these are foods many people dont know about but they have a variety of foods to choose from!

I’ve been coming to Los Carnales quite a bit because it’s a small local spot and usually convenient when I just want something quick. The food is honestly mediocre — not bad, not great — but good enough to get you through the day. Prices are fair for a small business, with most dishes around $15–$20 after taxes, which I don’t mind paying to support local.

What really bothered me this time was the customer service. I ordered a coffee, tasted it once, and immediately brought it back because it wasn’t right. The middle-aged man at the front refused to remake it unless I paid again — even though I didn’t even drink it. His only solution was to add more sugar, which didn’t fix the problem.

As someone who comes here frequently, I really expected better. I understand it’s a small business, but a simple remake for a loyal customer would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience makes me think twice about coming back.

Best Mexican place. You can take out or eat in. Food is always fresh and tasty 😋. Staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend coming here.

Worse service I ever had in my life. No substitutions the lady at the counter was rude. They wouldn’t even me take an extra box when im trying to ofer $100 worth of food. Dont waste your time.

We ordered quesa birria tacos, torta de asada and this was our first time ordering pancakes, egg and sausage for breakfast and let me tell you’ll it was sooo good! My family and I love ordering from here.

Super recommendable and family atmosphere, the food is delicious and very varied for all tastes, both for children and adults, I really especially recommend all the Mexican taquitos, the birria ones are delicious and the waters are tasty, horchata, pineapple and lemonade my favorites. Order the chopped ones for your little ones, you can make them to taste and without spice if you wish.

Kid-friendliness: There are also many options for the little ones including that they have breakfast service all day ??
