Great Kerala food. The name changed to Dilbar.
Food was not good. Outrageous price for week day buffet and very much disappointed. This restaurant used to be good but not sure what happened. Never coming back again..
The minute I sit down the first thing I see is the waiter looking around like he’s a newborn baby, he brings me to their “average” table. Mind you this average table is actually the size of a bed chest. The table cloth set down on all the tables look like they belong on top of someone’s funeral casket. The food was absolutely horrible and bland, and their “chicken tikka” is just 3 pieces with a side of a hot lemon slice. The guy brought me a dish and then realized it’s not my order… there were two parties…. This bland whole pity made me suffer through nausea. The best thing they had here was the water, and the whole order toppled a hundred bucks. This is slander to Indian cuisine, true Indian cuisine is far better then this discount “restaurant”.
The food is below average. One guy runs the show(cashier ,waiter etc) and he was drinking and working . I was able to smell alcohol while talking to him. Zero hospitality. Not clean. A beatup atmosphere. I went with my family and felt so uncomfortable. Will never go back to this place and will never recommend this to anyone.
They charged me for Duck Roast and gave me Duck curry. Containing tiny bones liver and neck bone, the meat was barely noticed...the price was charged 4 dollars more then what the menu reflected. The samosa was cut in half and the half pieces were counted as an order...I would always buy food from this place, but ever since the pandemic...they have been very shadey. I will no longer visit this place nor the one across the street from them.
Excellent Kerala food good value, clean good service. Been coming here for years. Owner very nice.
I ordered mutton curry and fish curry. Both are very bad and taste is like not freshly cooked. After ate that I had severe diarrhea. It happened twice. I confirmed that their food is not good. Please don't cheat people by giving old bad food during this pandemic time.
Hardly any Vegetarian options for buffet lunch.Service was not good. Restaurant staff did not even bother to come and check even if basic things like water is served on table.
Food is great and cheap and tastes good but you should not use fish gravy on the shrimp curry.. does not look professional when you find fish bones in shrimp curry. Educate the chefs. One mistake can lead to many and then one day some one gets food poisoning. Thanks
I come here because I am treated like I am family. The staff takes care of me like I am a part of the Taste of Cochin family. Justin is the best staff member you can find in any restaurant.

Very big food portions, waiters are amazing. Its like I’m at home. Chef is consistently very good.
The staff is great, especially Justin. The food is consistently great and is all at a great price with large servings.
Food is not bad, but they seem to charge what they want. They claim the printed menu prices have changed, yet they don't print new menus with correct prices. Also, the owner's brother who normally sits across the street in their Maharaja store is nosy and inappropriately inquisitive. Please respect your customer's privacy.
Loved their beef curry!
The food was excellent, taste was out of the world, the fish curry is a must try, so is the meat curry. Definitely going back to try other dishes. Forgot to mention the mixed grill sizzler was phenomenal. The staff, service and owner followed up and recommended the best dishes to try.
