I went and bought food from their the halal part and they messed up the food. We said chicken over rice and the people made their own style and put jerk chicken instead. The food tasted bad and was so dry never eating from here again đ

I went to go get food for my family because it is a half Halal place and half Guyanese place so we asked for three platters of chicken over rice clearly we said it twice. The lady said OK and she went to the back to get our order then after we paid and went home it wasnât chicken over rice. It was jerk chicken with rice and it tasted terrible. It had too much salt. Everything was dry and they also gave us the wrong rice

Extraordinary. Definitely Meets an elite standard. The staff is always ready to help, my waitress took her time and explained the menu to me , the bartender was extremely Friendly. the premises are extremely clean, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food is both delicious and beautifully presented. The bar is fully stocked , mixed drinks are tasty and the music is lively. Will definitely be a returning customer!

The most horrible customer service ever. First time ever walking in to this shop, as it was conveniently located next to the Walgreens where I had to go. Ran in here to pick up some lunch for my son and his school friends after a game. They have a sign posted in the front, for a combo special, which is $10.99 for 9 piece chicken and a drink. I asked for this combo and the lady behind the counter said she couldnât give it to me, cause she had a big order today and needed the chicken. Then she said she can give me the 6 pieces she had at the counter, I told her I would take that, with some fries, she went and asked the man that works there if he will âmake some friesâ, he said, âME NAH MEK NO FRIES NOWâ. Then he told her not to sell me the fried chicken alone, because he needs it to sell with the fried rice? how is this quality customer service?! These people are rude and a disgrace to the food industry! I canât believe they are still in business!!! Complete DISGRACE! Iâve noticed the majority of West Indian restaurants in Richmond Hill and South Ozone Park, get horrible reviews predominantly because of their poor customer service and people skills, regardless if the food is good!! And this is HORRIBLE AND SAD!

Best place the food is always fresh and delicious and the service is amazing hands down best roti shop.
