Everything was good but service. Waited for over 15 mins and people who came in after me with multiple orders got their drink first. I asked the cashier what happened to my drink and he pretends to not hear me.

The place is beautiful with a ambien atmosphere but the bubble tea was not as tasty as I thought it would be. They didn't ask how I wanted my tea (sweet, type of milk) like how the machine asks when doing your own order) and they didn't put the tapioca balls even after I asked to have them in all of my drinks. They had to open my cups to add them after I noticed they weren't present. I have to say the cups are really nice though.

The quality of ingredients is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.The cozy atmosphere and attentive service make it a favorite spot for catching up with friends or enjoying a relaxing drink on my own.Highly recommend. Nice and friendly service!
