Great bubble tea place! As a heads up, it is a sidewalk pick-up window only, no indoor space to sit. I had the strawberry lychee green tea and my partner had the Happy drink (passion fruit and strawberry pulp in their rose tea base). Both of us loved our drinks, would definitely go here again!

Love Tea and Milk, I go as often as I can… Today I got the BBQ Pork! Soo good I ate the whole things….BUT!!
the cucumber 🥒 slices went from wedges to super thin almost paper thin… 🫨 As I got to the last few bites of my sandwich the saltiness was a bit overwhelming.
Is there a way we can get the wedged back it’s such a staple ingredient and it keeps the balance! Cucumber is an integral component of why Banh mi is so refreshing! Wouldn’t mind if I got less meat. The sandwich deserves balance 👍🏾🥖

The only real bubble tea spot! They make everything from scratch! They make their own cream, brew actual tea, make boba from scratch! Love it here
Love this spot! They use real tea and truly leave out sugar if you ask for 0%. It’s been my neighborhood go-to. Went tonight and Mariana was the sweetest. They’re giving red envelopes right now so get your laise!
