Really enjoyed the taro tea with tapioca - it’s a much earthier version than most other taro teas I’ve tried and I liked this one a lot more. Will be going back to try other drinks!

I really wanted to like this place. The people working there were very friendly but that’s about all it had going for it. I don’t normally get boba but I saw that they had Earl grey tea flavor and I love Earl grey tea so I ordered a large Earl grey milk tea but it didn’t taste anything like Earl grey. It tasted more like chemicals than anything. My son got the rose mango tea and it also tasted very chemical. We decided to try their banh mi because we got a little hungry sitting on the bench drinking our teas, and my son thought the bbq pork one looked good. Meh. The meat is really weird and too sweet. It made me want to go vegetarian. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things but I won’t be coming back here.

Unfortunately I have to say this. Just bought the Signature Taro Root few minutes before (Sept 2, 2024) but the taste like too much sugar with water, and super creamy. I was surprised they made really quick (idk why). I definitely regret to buy in here. First time and last timer trying this Tea. Hope you improve. Thanks ?
The bbq pork banh mi with added pate (per my food influencer friend’s @messyfeedeats recommendation) was sooo delicious and flavorful. What a neighborhood gem. Paid $15.24 total for this because I added on pate.

Their banh mis are great, but it’s really frustrating that their hours aren’t totally transparent. Their banh mi station closes at 7:30 and I was repeatedly told (until tonight) that they were just “out of banh mis” whenever I called after that time. Wish they’d just told me they don’t sell banh mis after 7:30 so I could fully adjust my order time to an earlier hour.
