Got a gift card here a few years ago and finally decided to use it. Elmhurst store said they are not set up with the system to use gift cards and told me only Flushing store can use it. Went all the way to flushing on a different day and the store told me they no longer use the system and will not allow gift cards. Wasted time and money. Least they can do is give you a drink for wasting my time and money on their gift card. Stay away from gift card purchases for these shops. It is a scam

Teazzi isn’t my first choice for tea, but I gave it another try today with a Jasmine Green Tea at 30% sweetness. Unfortunately, it was still too sweet for my taste, and the tea itself was on the watery side—not the rich, concentrated flavor I was hoping for.
On the plus side, the staff is friendly, fast, and speaks great English, which makes the experience smooth. I also noticed the new cup design upgrade, which looks sleek and adds a nice touch.
The store itself is quite small with no seating, which is fine for grab-and-go, but it would be nice if they added a bench or some chairs outside—especially in the summer.
Overall, it’s convenient and has some nice touches, but the tea quality still has room for improvement

I love this boba place!! It’s kind of hidden but I’m so glad I found it. Their drinks aren’t too sweet and the oats are really good. The boba is nice and chewy too. I’ve gotten pickier with my boba choices and this one’s quality has stayed consistent. Their takeout is good too! The employees are also usually very friendly and service is good
The employees here have some of the best services here compared to many other boba shops in flushing. I went to pick up my drink and the girl with the short hair is greeting me with a smile everytime I come. Compared to other places, I believe that Teazzi has the higher level service and attitude! I love their house special milk tea

This place is good. Had no problem. Tea and drinks were good. The only issue though. $10 minimum for card and drinks are under $10. Maybe the minimum should be lower.

This is a small hole in the wall tea shop in Flushing. It's a chain, as most boba shops are.
However, as far as chain tea shops go. Thus is one of the best I've tried. The balance of sweet and tea I noticed is quite potent. The drinks are a bit on the sweeter side, so I would caution against those who are opposed to sweeter drinks.

I really like amber milk honey. I ordered takeout for four days in a row in Manhattan, but this one in Flushing tastes really bad. It only tastes like sugar water and the pearls are soft. You can tell it has been there for a long time when you eat it. But the service is still very good!
