The interior is nice. We ordered the roasted Tea and roasted milk tea and they were watery.

If you order online, make sure you pick up on time or otherwise they would throw out your order?????they won’t make you another one unless you pay for the second one.

Got a Peach Four Seasons tea with Boba. Tea tasted real, not like the powdered stuff you often find, and the boba was freshly made. Solid choice for tea, with or without boba.

If you're going to close an hour than what's posted online and your own front door, then you should change your hours.

I was a regular here. I think the drinks were good and I liked their buy one get one deal. However, I went back today and noticed the drink I got was bitter tasting (passion fruit and orange juice drink). I brought it to the attention of the worker and she was kind enough to suggest other drinks/make another drink for me. But moments later she said the manager would not allow it. I then spoke to the manager, who rudely told me that it was my choice in getting the drink and if I wanted another one I’d have to pay for it. I asked how I was supposed to know the drink would be bitter (no description of that on the menu). I said me and all my friends tasted the drink and said the same thing. He refused to make another drink. So I said okay and left. My friends and I get drinks weekly, but will not be coming back to this place unfortunately.

terrible iced “warm” bubble tea. i could tell the employee was inattentive from the start. they used old soggy bubbles, mixed with warm milk and very little ice creating a smorgasbord of disgusting bubble tea. overrated is the best way to describe this chain. take your business across the street for a superior bubble tea experience.

Tried their house special milk tea and 30 year oolong tea and both were great! I’m not sure how special the 30 year tea taste was but I’d get it again. The tea was smooth and strong but not bitter at all. I also asked for 0% sugar so it was very refreshing after dinner. The house special milk tea was unique. In addition to deliciously chewy boba, there were also pieces of oats. I wasn’t sure if I liked it in the beginning but a few sips later, it all made sense. I really enjoyed the oats and no one flavor was overpowering. There is a small bakery area in the front of the cafe and a small sitting area against the wall with no tables. I also don’t believe there are restrooms here.

Screwed up my order. Need more attentive staff that is trained properly. and having these cups that you cant even see the contents, you expect better service.
