I was a regular here. I think the drinks were good and I liked their buy one get one deal. However, I went back today and noticed the drink I got was bitter tasting (passion fruit and orange juice drink). I brought it to the attention of the worker and she was kind enough to suggest other drinks/make another drink for me. But moments later she said the manager would not allow it. I then spoke to the manager, who rudely told me that it was my choice in getting the drink and if I wanted another one I’d have to pay for it. I asked how I was supposed to know the drink would be bitter (no description of that on the menu). I said me and all my friends tasted the drink and said the same thing. He refused to make another drink. So I said okay and left. My friends and I get drinks weekly, but will not be coming back to this place unfortunately.

Came here twice before. The first time, My bf and I got the 30 yr aged pu'er tea with bubbles and while it was good, we would have preferred a regular jasmine milk tea. The second time I came here I tried the deep roasted oolong and jasmine milk bubble tea. Both were good but the jasmine milk tea is where it's at! That would definitely be my go to because the jasmine tea flavor is apparent and the bubbles are soft. However, not the softest bubbles I have tasted. My friend really loves their strawberry drink so I wouls love to try that next time.

Tried the grapefruit four seasons tea with 50% sugar. I liked it but my sister wasn't a fan. She said it tasted bitter and was disappointed with the taste - maybe we should've gone for 75% or 100% sugar instead. I usually don't order fruit teas at bubble tea shops but this one was surprisingly good. The interior of the shop is nice and clean. They even sell bread and pastries from Bake Culture. Fast service and the staff was very helpful.

Favorite tea shop in Bayside! Super super consistent. Their boba is never mushy and the flavor is always the same.I like the grapefruit green tea 50% sweet, and their house milk tea is good too.
Decent bubble tea spot with authentic tea. My go-to is the House Special Milk Tea - didn't think I'd enjoy oats with my milk tea but it actually brings out the teas earthy flavor. My husband had the Peach Oolong TJ which was really good and the Taro Latte. Be forewarned, they use actual taro so the taste is a little milder compared to your usual taro powder that most bubble tea places use but it's verrrry filling. We've already come back three times, but mainly for the BOGO promo they have going on now!

There is buy 1 get 1 free event from Monday to Friday 5pm to 9pm.We ordered House Special Milk Tea(with tapioca, oats, signature for seasons milk tea) I will recommend milk tea with full sugar, 50% sugar will be too light. Same for Honey Amber Oolong Milk Tea. You can taste strong of the tea, but I just feel it's not sweet enough.The staffs are friendly, definitely you can check with them the recommendation sugar level. This store is located in living area, so the parking is very convenient here. There is Teso besides them, so I can shop around after purchasing drinks, this is a good experience though.

Yum!!! Came here for the first time a week or so ago and I've gone 3 times now. That should be telling already. My go-to order is the honey amber oolong milk tea 50% sugar w/ boba. So delicious. I love that I can really taste the tea and the honey makes it a nice sweet taste. The boba is also chewy and good! I've also tried their house special milk tea & that's really good as well. Highly recommend! They're also doing buy 1 get 1 free Monday-Friday from 5-9pm.
