Terrible. Saturday night and manager decided to have a kids party. Sat right next to us. Parents did nothing about the screaming (no fault of kids) and were hanging out at bar with friends. Staff stated this is a family establishment as response to the constant disruption and screaming. This response discredits any other patron in restaurant and their experience. Fastest dinner I've ever had; rushed to get out. Experience was terrible. Food was average. I tried this establishment a few times and staff still seem inexperienced. So overall a miss. Too bad because I did want to like this restaurant and also came with a friend and this was their first (and probably last) experience at this establishment.

This is a beautiful Date night location ! The staff is absolutely amazing, I made a very special request and they were more than helpful and accommodating ! It made for a very special birthday for my spouse !

Food was okay. However the management here was awful. A birthday party was going on that was absolutely out of control with the guests disturbing other patrons dinners. We were sat right next to them and it completely ruined our evening. We had to ask to move seats and not a single apology from the staff. The manager was beyond rude and did not care that we had a poor experience. If these events are going to be held at this restaurant you need to find a separate area or have the entire restaurant blocked off for a party like that. Will not be returning. Beyond disappointed and upset by this disrespectful behavior.

Editing due to owner response: the issue was not the singing of happy birthday and that was lovely, we sang along. Nor was it the bill we are capable of paying for. It is this exact response that this staff was dismissive and did not care for our poor experience with a disruptive environment the ENTIRE dinner. Next time care for ALL of your customers.

They really need more staff. Food came out disorganized. The advertised spicy crazy pizza was cold and not spicy at all. Cute fire show, though. Waiter didn't know what was behind the bar. Hopefully they will improve.

Terrone is a true gem in Long Island City. The food is fresh, authentic, and full of flavor — especially the Neapolitan pizzas and the Genoese pasta. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, with great indoor and outdoor seating. What really sets it apart is the staff: welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate. A perfect spot for everything from date night to family dinner.

Right across the street from a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline. Unfortunately the waiter forgot to write down my starter, And my main course was a tartare that was fresh but a bit bland: no capers, no Worcestershire sauce, no yolk, etc.

I was really looking forward to dinner here but unfortunately we won't be back. Firstly the kids me he is inaccurate. Secondly, we were served by multiple wait staff rather than one or two and despite this there was a lack of care and attention. It's a shame as its a great location but it's definitely not value for money. I'm sure there are better options on the waterfront.

Terrone has a fun make your pizza for kids, and it was a huge hit with 5 kids! The food and drinks were also really good for the adults!! I highly recommend the Genovese pasta. It's homemade and fresh even the pasta!

First time here... likely my last. Service was rather abysmal from start to finish. Had to ask for everything... repeatedly. Lovely space, food was okay... just had drinks and charcuterie so hard to judge food.

Food is bad. And the pizza is not great either (soggy and bland). Service is disorganized. Restrooms also happened to be dirty. A very bad and disappointing experience.

First impression comes from the condition in which the menus are. All worn out and dirty. Food missed seasoning and refinement for an Italian restaurant. Service was in my opinion clumsy. We didn´t try the pizzas, but they seem to have succes.

Food was delicious and plentiful. Waitstaff was attentive but definitely NOT annoying at all! Lunch with my family was leisurely and pleasant.

Wonderful food and service! A beautiful restaurant with nice ambiance. We celebrated a birthday and will be back again soon. Best Italian food in the LIC neighborhood.
