I normally shop a lot at this location because I like it the chicken but one night I was on my way home like about 9:30pm so I decided to stop in and grab some chicken fries. So after I reach home open the box tear the chicken apart was gonna eat it then I smell it really bad. It was spoiled. I couldn’t leave my home then at that time to go back to let them know about it but the next day I went in and let them know like listen.The food that I bought last night it was spoiled. I’m not here to fight for the money back or anything. I’m just let you guys know i am a customer here I do shop all here but I will not come again to buy chicken if you guys are like getting spoiled chicken for people They just act like they don’t give a shit

I purchased two burgers and waited longer than usual. When I got home and began eating, I was disgusted to find mold on the bread—after I had already eaten half the sandwich. As a result, I suffered from severe stomach issues and diarrhea This is absolutely unacceptable and a serious health risk. Selling food in this condition shows a clear lack of quality control and disregard for customer safety. I expect this matter to be addressed immediately. It has been a week. I sent you a pictures of the food along with receipt which were asked for to the given email address. But no response from you guys yet. That's really unprofessional!

There is a sign in the window advertising 4 pcs chicken for $5.99 . However, this is false advertising since they will only give you three pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Employee says the biscuit makes it 4 pcs.

I went to 23 W Main Street branch 2 days back. They counter lady staff in afternoon was very rude n arrogant but I can't stop eating tex's because I love it n that's the only halal option available.

I went last night to the new Woodbridge area spot. Placed order online for special 4 pieces for $5, only got 3 pieces of chicken. Chicken is juicy but definitely needs more crunch to it.

One of my chicken tenders was rotten/expired. It tasted extremely sour, and I spit it out. I mistakenly decided to smell it and threw up. After reading the other reviews, this place really needs to be closed down.
