Tex's Chicken & Burgers

Dear Tex’s Management,

I am writing to formally complain about my experience at your store earlier today. I ordered chicken, and when I sat down to eat, I noticed that it was not properly cooked—it was raw. I immediately returned to the cashier, who replaced my order with another serving. However, when I checked the second order, I found that it was also undercooked, just like the first one.
Frustrated, I left the food there and decided to call the store manager using the number provided. When I explained the situation, the manager was extremely rude to me. Instead of addressing my complaint professionally, he started yelling at me and accused me of being drunk, which was completely untrue and uncalled for. As a customer, I expected my issue to be resolved, not to be insulted. When I asked for a solution, the manager dismissed me, saying he could do nothing and that I was free to file a complaint if I wanted.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a store manager. Customers deserve quality food and respectful service. I kindly request that you address this matter seriously and take appropriate action.

Good fried chicken and deals are outside. Get spicy if you can. Only bad thing is the tissues from the dispenser.

I won’t be coming back to this place. The first time I ate their fried chicken, I had a terrible stomachache. I thought it was just me, so I decided to give it another try, thinking it might not happen again. Unfortunately, the same thing happened, and this time the pain was unbearable. They probably didn’t handle the chicken properly.

Staff gave me a cup with a hole on the bottom and it was empty before I got home. There’s also a huge spill in my car, fantastic

Finally a Tex’s in Flushing. This Is my go to spot 1-2 a week. I always order the chicken sandwich with French fries and a soda. The food is always fresh and cooked properly.

There isn't any sign for a sauce. And he asked what kinds you need and charge for $0.5. At least 2 comes with. Only looking for money.
