They’re usually good and the taste is consistent BUT the Thanksgiving 2024 debacle was a mess. They cannot handle a lot of orders & were disorganized. No one got their food at their pick up time. Fried chicken machine broke so you can’t get it if that’s what you ordered. They want you to confirm your confirmation number on one line/tent and then join another line for your food while one tent is fiddling their fingers handing out optional drinks and desserts instead of...

I went there for my grandfather's repast. The place is absolutely lovely, the food even better. Our servers were also great however, the greeter needs to work on her attitude she was a bit snappy and rude to my aunt. We ended up waiting for almost 2 hrs to be seated even though we had made the reservations 3 days prior. All in all we enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the establishment.
