I stopped in to the Flying Fox on a whim after looking for some spots to have dinner a couple friends and was blown away. The atmosphere inside is SUBERBLY horror/vampire themed in a way that feels a lot more authentic than some similar places. The drinks and food were delicious and I would recommend their brussel sprouts, burgers, and their fried fish sandwich. If you need a great place to hang and watch some old French b-horror movies, on’t miss this spot!

RUN, do not walk, to Flying Fox Tavern for their vegan stuffed French toast. The day I went, which was a few weeks ago, was Peaches and Cream. This was the best French toast I've ever had. It's basically this gorgeous block of the lightest fluffiest French toast. The size intimidated me at first but I had absolutely no trouble finishing it. I've never had French toast served this way but I can never go back to the regular kind. It's light, airy, and delicious....
