Guy behind the counter super friendly and helpful. Italian chicken wrap and cedar wrap horrible. Frozen (not possible to bite) if not heated, heated still taste like soaked in water cardboard

We were highly disappointed with the service at this place. In particular, the older bald gentelman with a mustache showed a complete lack of interest in the customers. We waited for around 40 minutes to place an order, yet during that time he was busy chatting and joking with others instead of helping us. Even when we tried to approach him to order, he deliberately ignored us and started wiping the counter instead. At an airport, time really matters, and such behavior is extremely frustrating, it shows a lack of respect for the customer and the limited time they have before their flight.

And the waitress saying: “Ya gotta add da tip for ma service” (take the dishes from the kitchen to the table > take dishes from the table to the kitchen)

I will never ever ever eat again in this scam-like places in american airports. Scandalous.
Maybe you should question about minimal wage instead of pretending to squeeze your customers.

My flight was delayed so I stopped here for a beer. Service was very slow—I had to wait about 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and only after another customer pointed out I wanted to order. My first choice of beer wasn’t available, and when my second choice finally arrived it was warm and not worth the $13 price tag.
When boarding was called, I had to ask multiple times for the check and eventually got up to pay directly. The server then pressured me to write in a tip, and when I declined, he became argumentative and unprofessional, raising his voice at me and telling me he ahouldnt be serving mw for free, that tips were his salary.
Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially at an airport where efficiency and basic courtesy matter most. Tipping culture in USA is out of hand.

Sure the food was bad, but Ruben our server, was literally the worst server I have had in my life by far. Ruben very rude during the whole service. I've worked in the service industry for many years, this is was a horrible experience. Way over priced too

Extremely rude staff. Waited at the counter at 10:30 (they close at 11:00) and was yelled to across the bar “What do you want?” When I said to order food, he laughed and said no. When I responded that it says they close at 11:00 the employee, who seemed to be a manager, laughed and shook his head yelling over the bar about how they are closed while there are people still eating and drinking at the tables and bars. Extremely rude and terrible experience and I didn’t even try the food.

As many others have said, the staff was very rude and arrogant. I even saw the guy casually toss expired food into the trash after another customer pointed it out.
So, to mess with him a bit, I deliberately gave a low tip using the custom tip option. Then he had the audacity to say, ‘Thank you,’ in a mocking tone.
The funny thing is, when I raised my voice and confronted him, he immediately backed down, apologized, and went quiet.
Thinking about how someone like that works this way every day without even the courage to stand up for himself, I actually started to feel a bit of pity toward the end.
If the employer sees this, I strongly suggest taking proper action.
