The North Bowl-Acai and Smoothies

So impressed! For an amazing price, you get very fresh fruit and a lot of it! I’m a huge Playa Bowls lover and The North Bowl won me over. So impressed with the quality and value. Will be back!

Empty store, 2 people only doing pickup orders, we waited for 10 minutes. Need more staff. We had to walk away without placing an order

I have gotten a smoothie here numerous times and each time it has been a great experience. I highly recommend the Snickerdoodle smoothie, tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch with protein.

I ordered just one donut for pick up and the girl at the register made such a nasty face for not tipping, she wasn’t even subtle about it! Like c’mon.

Order frozen bowl, they gave me soupy yogurt. Brought it back and was met by very immature employees who didn't want to resolve. Acted like I was dumb and didn't know what I was talking about. Very young and immature staff who'd rather argue with me in front of other customers than just remake a $10 bowl. Said I ate all the toppings when 90% of them were mixed in to the soup. When I asked what's this, referring to the toppings, they changed the subject. When one employee said it was different last time I had, they then backtrack on that. Very belligerent. I guess the customer is no longer valued. Came here all the time, when they had adults, not kids working there, and never had a problem at all. Now, I'll just have to travel a little further and go to Playabowls, where they take care of the paying customer. Management needs to rethink their hiring choices or train them in a more professional manner!

To begin with the staff working there is so friendly and helpful, I had a custom bowl order and it was perfect everything seemed fresh. They have limited seating facility. Definitely will be going back, the only hard part here is parking.

First time at The North Bowl and I’m impressed! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have a great variety of açaí bowls to choose from perfect for anyone who loves fresh, healthy options. Definitely a go-to spot for açaí bowl lovers!

LOVE the Acia bowl here!! Can’t find anywhere else to replace it!
