Sadly, I would not recommend relying on Oasis Cafe for an event. We ordered and paid for a two-tier cake for our wedding day a month in advance. Two days before our wedding we reconfirmed the cake delivery time with both the bakery location and the individual that we placed the order with. The cake arrived to our wedding reception 5 hours late, and 2 hours after they were informed of the issue and were persistently chased by our wedding coordinator. Not only was it late arriving but it arrived unfinished and completely frozen. It was iced with whipped cream instead of frosting, which was soggy, melted down the sides during delivery and had to be repiped upon arrival. When my husband and I cut the cake in front of our guests we couldn’t get a knife through it as it was frozen solid, and the kitchen at our venue had to use a butcher’s knife to slice it. We had several pre-ordered deliveries and pickups that day, and Oasis Cafe was the only business that we worked with that failed to fulfill the order. The woman we spoke with at the Astoria location during our reception to inform them that the order had not arrived was incredibly rude and difficult to work with in rectifying the issue, which caused unnecessary stress during our wedding reception. Oasis Cafe apologized and quickly issued a full refund. We will not be giving them our business in the future.

The strawberry matcha🍓🍵 was so good! Omg! Plus the girl who was helping me was very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated that a lot! The dessert was delicious as well! And they had so many cakes! Was hard to choose.. nice ambience too with outdoor seating. Highly recommend. 🩷💚

The maple cinnamon matcha and strawberry matcha are really good
Freddo cappuccino is on the money every time. I will go out of my way to come here just for that, and bonus points for being open late.

Their strawberry matcha set the bar so high. I can’t seem to find anything like it around me. It’s so high quality and rich. Too bad this is too far from me. 10/10 cafe tho.

Not enough vegan or combination lunches with extras
the cutest sweet treats. They rotate their offerings often, so every visit feels fresh and exciting — I always spot something new. The pastries are not only beautiful but also delicious, and while they are on the pricey side, the artistry and quality make them worth it. They’re rich enough that I usually enjoy them over a couple of days.
I also really like their refreshers, and the sweet Greek bread made for a lovely gift. Overall, a delightful spot that combines creativity, flavor, and presentation. They also have a bit of seating but don't expect to bring a big group. It's more of a to go place

Restaurantji Recommends
Matcha latte was not great, couldn't taste the matcha at all. Mostly hot milk. Had to wash down with gyro from cart nearby. Really wanted to like this place given the ratings and atmosphere.

The pastries and the drinks are always amazing, as well as the staff, definitely the top location of Oasis cafes in the city, I recently tried the matcha and it was so good I highly recommend the Maple cinnamon matcha, the person preparing it actually took the time out to use the bamboo whisk on the matcha in the ceramic bowl, and because of this it really came out so good. Also get the lemon poppy pound cake it was divine.

I ordered the ekmek and this is how I received it. It seems expired or like it’s been sitting out too long or something. It’s melted and jiggly. In the pictures, that’s how I received it, and that’s how it looked without me touching it or anything, right after opening it. I’ve ordered it many times and this is never what it looks like. Usually it’s one piece, firm and tastes good.
After taking the picture I tasted a tiny bit of the white cream on top near the cherry, and it tasted old/expired.
