The worst Palm we have visited. We requested to sit by a tv and was thrown an attitude by the hostess. Was sat at a table which we had to ask them to clean off. When the server came to rip our receipt off after putting in our payment, she huffed and puffed with an attitude because we didn’t add tip on the card. Little did she know we were giving her tip in cash. Absolutely do not recommend this place! Their customer service is way below par.

Solid, middle-of-the-road option. 3 stars is about right. Food is good. Service is standard. I had the meaty and beefy parm handheld. Flavor was decent.

Dennis was attentive and provided me with great service considering all the drama I went through to catch my flight and his drinks were delicious. The chicken Parm was worth the money!

Food was delicious, especially steak salad and mashed potatoes; Freddie, our server, was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is okay for an airport, a bit loud amid close quarters.

if you’re looking for somewhere to eat at JFK do not eat here. this was the most expensive meal i’ve had in my entire trip to new york and it was disgusting. i had the truffle gnocchi and there wasn’t an ounce of truffle in there and for $40?? (plus tip) it’s disgraceful. the waiters ask if everything’s okay and before you can answer they run away. awful place, awful food.
