Overpriced and underwhelmed sum up my experience. With a redone terminal at JFK, it’s really a shame the dining options aren’t better.I had the Acacado Chicken Sandwhich and a beer and a side of asparagus which set me back $74 with tax and tip.The chicken sandwich was a dried, flattened, tough piece of chicken that you nearly needed a knife to cut though. The sandwhich included a half slide of lettuce, and tiny tomato. The bacon was at least good. As for the avacado… you had to look awfully hard to find the one tiny little slice. The asparagus was good, but again, at $13 for a side, it was a small portion. For what is billed as an upscale dining experience it surely is not. Terrible food with a decent atmosphere. Bartender was attentive and professional. Save your money and go elsewhere in the airport instead.

I'm sitting at the restaurant at this very moment. The waiter came by after about 10 minutes and was behaving as if he was doing me a favor by being at my table. Then he comes by and whispers something that I couldn't even catch. Well that's the service level. I am spending my money else and would never visit them again

The Palm in terminal B JFK is a lovely place to sit, de-stress from traveling and enjoy great food. We loved the decor, food and the whole experience. Our server Freddy was a big part of why we enjoyed The Palm so much. He turned an excellent meal into a delightful experience with his attention, kindness, suggestions and friendliness. We didn't want much food so we ordered 2 entrees for 3 people. Nothing was a problem for Freddy. He had our steak sandwich cut to easily share (without us even asking) and even brought extra plates. He stopped by a few times to make sure all was ok. I really appreciated Freddy for making us feel welcome and for his humanity. Employees like Freddy are what turn good businesses into great businesses. Thank YOU!

This is probably one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. First of all the service was bad, and the food was even worse..When I walked in, I waited 20 minutes before finally a server acknowledge me . Then I ordered my meal waited and then the waiting game started again. Then I received my meal, but not my beverage. Then I waited another 30 minutes before I finally received my receipt. It was just a horrible experience and the meal was like it was us from a microwave. Please don’t go eat here got to shake shack

Stopped in with my wife and 3 daughters. Or waiter Freddie went above and beyond. Saw us waiting on the Maitre D and cleaned some tables and got us seated right away. Food and Drinks were great. Freddie ensured we were in and out allowing us to Board our plane on time. Training program must be fantastic as our experience was wonderful.

Went with my husband for breakfast today. the little old white lady that was on duty was very rude. We were sitting in the back because we wanted to rest our bags there. When she came over the first thing she said to us was why are you sitting here. Not ‘good morning’ or how are you, even after I said good morning to her. Then she preceded to ask “what you want” . My husband proceeded to order and asked to hold the eggs Then she said it was not going to be cheaper price with out the eggs. He never asked anything about price just hold the eggs. While we were still ordering a white American came to her and asked where is the bathroom. Her response was it’s over there DEAR. Question - why was he DEAR and we couldn’t get a good morning or any greeting from her? When are we going to stop this Prejudice thing in America. It is so sad that you can’t go into a restaurant and get the same treatment as others. Also please stop look at my skin you never know who you are serving. When I go into a restaurant I look for someone else to bless by paying there bill no matter what their skin color is.
