When you make a reservation please call to make sure they will be open. I made a reservation for 7 at 6pm on a Saturday. Get there just for the doors to be locked and no one there. NEVER AGAIN will I make a reservation to come here again. I don't care how good the food is said to be.

Drinks were a 10/10 I had the coconut rum punch would definitely go back for that however the food was very mid. I had chicken and waffles and the waffles were terrible, need to get better waffles taste was very cheap.

I made a reservation for 12 PM brunch via Open Table to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. When we got there some random man opened the door to inform my party that there is going to be a delay because the chef hadn't arrived yet. Mind you the restaurant looked closed, not a light or music was on and from the looks of it wait staff wasn't there either. We ended up making reservations for another restaurant last minute and I was quite embarrassed and disappointed because we've been wanting to try this restaurant to support local businesses. SHAME ON YOU CHEERS! and clearly this isn't the first time they've done this I've recently seen other yelp reviews from a few weeks ago saying the same exact thing. I wish I would have seen that before showing up. They even had the AUDACITY to confirm the reservation, that's some nasty work Cheers.

Went on line to the Cheers website to see what time they are open it indicate they open at 5pm. Made reservations for 6pm. I get to the restaurant around 6:02pm and the doors are locked I knock on the door no reply. I called the restaurant it rings then voicemail. I called a second time still ring I left a voicemail message. Horrible customer service if the restaurant was closed it should been indicate when you call.

The restaurant was CLOSED. It is very unprofessional for them to be allowed to false advertise on restaurant week and to be able to book tables on Open Table for a closed restaurant. TERRIBLE BUSINESS

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT OPEN TABLE WOULD EVEN LIST AND/OR ADVERTISE THIS RESTAURANT ESPECIALLY ON THEIR RESTAURANT WEEK. THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT OPEN AND HASN'T BEEN FOR A WHILE. I WENT TO THE RESTAURANT AND NEARLY GOT MY CAR DEMOLISHED DUE TO A SPEEDING VEHICLE COMING DOWN THE BLOCK ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE RESTAURANT ISN'T EVEN OPEN. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATMENT.

There was no experience because I received a text message stating the establishment would be closed for the day and re opening the next day. No invitation to make another reservation or complementary desert, nothing.

Went on Fathers Day and they didn't have Lobster for surf and turf at 5 pm and only 2 other's customers in there was told it sold out. Music loud hard to conversate. Rum punch was great. WOULDN'T go back though.
Small and intimate. Recommend you make reservations. The food was delicious, the drinks were strong! ? ?

Went there to celebrate New Year's day and had a great time. The dj kept the hits going and the bar kept the drinks flowing. Did not get to try the food as the kitchen was already closed but I would not mind going back!
