The Sunken Lounge is the best part of the food & beverage experience. It’s like stepping into a scene from Mad Men, but sadly, the ambiance isn’t matched by service. Even with reservations, there’s no table service—just plastic trays and counter ordering. A missed opportunity for such a rich setting.
