The food is good but to order delivery how rude they are, answered a young man but super angry, thank God they should thank God that they have a business that feeds them, and the lady who is in charge also has a bad temper, that's what made me lose the desire to go to eat

I went to the Tia Julia restaurant after having a few fantastic lunches at their truck, and it was excellent! The staff who helped us were very friendly, and the food came out quickly. My huevos rancheros was the perfect amount of food. Just enough to feel pleasantly full, without needing to take leftovers/creating a situation with a soggy tostada or cold over easy fried egg. I love that the fried egg on top of the tostada was just the right size that I could scoop the beans, salsa and avocado onto it and then eat it with my hand without creating a mess (I'm a very messy eater). Beans were salty, creamy and savory, and the pico de gallo tasted tangy and fresh. I don't know where they get their sour cream but I was surprised to notice that such a basic ingredient that's not usually the star of the show tasted so good? Who knows, but that sour cream went perfectly with the rest of the dish. Also when I finished my first egg I was pleasantly surprised to move the wrapper and find that there was a second egg underneath! Truly the bonus Jonas of breakfasts.I will also definitely be coming back here for coffee, it was delicious. I ordered with cream and sugar and it was the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess, without being sweet to the point that you get that gross sugary coffee aftertaste in your mouth. It may also have had cinnamon or another ingredient, but whatever it was just really hit the spot. The coffee was very hot, but not scalding to the point that I had to wait for it to cool down before drinking. I could sip it right away, having a warm and enjoyable start to my morning.Also there was a very comfortable soft/leather type bench that you can sit and wait at if you're ordering food to go (although I need to come back for a sit down meal because inside was very clean, spacious and cozy). I'm always on the lookout for accessible takeout options! Overall, a delicious option for breakfast and I have no doubts that the rest of their menu is also wonderful. Give this place a try!
