One Bar And Lounge

I don’t know about the restaurant but the night life service here is terrible bouncers running Extortion ring at the door and management in cahoots with them, imagine paying for a section and they still want to charge u to get in, I got the NY mobile ID app on my phone they say that can’t work I need to pay $30 to get in even tho I got a section you pay and they still want the information from the app they say could not be used I’m reporting them to the BBB so they can be investigated!

So on a Wednesday night I enter around 10:45 . Order 2 drinks , wings and a hookah. Then they have my hookah to someone else didn’t receive my hookah until 11:25. The the bartender Jasmin B was very Nasty after I told her manager. My friend closed the bill, paid cash. So I ask for the receipt and she looks at my friend and then ask my friend if she wants the receipt. Simple of rude and disrespectful. She lucky I turned over a new leaf and found god

The drinks was on point. The bartender was great. The music was a good vibes. The DJ did his thing.
It was a really good time for a last minute. Pop-up spot.

Reserved a section… no one came to the table for an hour even tho we complained multiple times. Told us that the section could hold up to 15 ppl and it held 4… also told us anyone in our section gets in for free and when we arrived EVERYONE had to pay extra after already securing a section and bottle service . Horrible service never again

Nice clean mixed crowd not to many young folks (which was ok with me) I went on a Sunday night. DJ was awesome. I didn’t get a chance to try the food. I would definitely go again. The security was top tier. Scan ID and wand search I love that!!!

Monday August 25 I went to one bar to celebrate my birthday and the service was absolutely disgusting the promoter (Caesar) was not professional at all he did not accommodate me or my friends with anything he stayed outside smoking hookah the whole night, the manager wanted to give my section away after I paid 100 for the deposit, they took really long with my bottles and didn’t give me everything I paid for I was supposed to get two champagnes and I didn’t get them and I was also supposed to get 4 hookahs and didn’t get them and I told the bottle girl multiple times and she never brought them I do not recommend this bar at all and after we paid for the bottles they made us pay 100 more for coming in late without saying anything before this is the worse experience I ever had
