First of all this is not a Irish Pub anymore. This is Boulton and Watt place but place, tables, bar are the same. Food is too expensive for that quality. Personal are not ready to work. They are walking around, giggling, don't clean tables etc. We were asking our waitress at least three times for ordering food or to close the bill. I would understand if there were crowded, but place was full only around 15%. And finally, they automatically added 25% tips. For what? Avoid! Avoid this place!

Very disappointing. When we arrived, there was no line, and we saw a table that was about to become available. There was no sign indicating that we had to notify someone to be seated, so we began to settle in.
The manager approached and asked if it was our table (it was still dirty), and she told us we couldn't sit there, so she relocated us to some very uncomfortable tables where we didn't want to sit, and left the menus there. I asked her why we couldn't sit there, and she said we had to wait to be seated before sitting down, something that was not indicated anywhere. In fact, more people were coming in and sitting wherever they wanted.
I told the manager we weren't going to sit there, given that there was a free table and no one was waiting. They cleaned the table, and we sat down. When the food arrived, the burger was cold. I mentioned it to the waitress, and they took it back, then brought it to me correctly a bit later.
When we asked for the bill, the waitress saw that I wasn’t going to leave a tip on the credit card and told me they didn’t accept cash tips, assuming I was going to leave a tip. I told her that was fine, that I didn’t want to leave a tip (I think it's understandable given the circumstances), yet she went on to ask if she had done something wrong, mentioning that she had reheated the food (it would be nice if she hadn't had to do so) and almost begging for the tip, saying, "At least a few dollars!"
If I’m not happy with the service, it’s my choice to leave a tip or not.
I won’t be coming back.

It took 15 minutes to get a waitress.I had to find my own menu.They ran out of fries and substituted it with the worst Cesar salad I've had. The burger was burnt on the outside and just barely made it to medium on the inside.The waitress took away my water glass instead of filling it and then I had to ask for my check.

Awful. Sat there for 25 mins at a half empty bar on a Thursday and didn't get so much as a look of acknowledgement, let alone a hello or a menu. Looked like there was 3 bartenders on, too.I'd recommend heading elsewhere.

Waited 20 minutes before someone sent a waitress over, who was clearly on her phone and saw me walk in. Pretty sure they waited for breakfast to be over before asking me anything. Food was equally as disappointing, should have went to Dunkin.

We got food poisoning mid-flight. So fun. I would give this 0 stars if I could. The corn beef smelled and tasted sour. My travel companion could smell it from across the table. He had egg shell in his breakfast sandwich. It was $$$. The service was absolutely terrible. Don't make our mistake. Don't eat here!!
Worst customer service, seriously hire some competent bar tenders and you will easily increase

They pour a really good Guinness here, was very impressed for an airport bar. Ordered fish and chips which were just straight out the packet from the supermarket and warmed in the oven, very disappointing. Quite expensive too.
