It’s delicious with hotpot gas, but a bit pricey (personally, I think the small portion is not enough to eat)

The Taiwanese beef noodle soup is bland and tasteless. When I came here before, the soup base was added with radish, but this time it was just a bowl of water and soy sauce. Then the three-cup chicken was so burnt that it couldn't be eaten. The taste is so different from before! I hope the store can monitor the quality well!

Great food, with friendly staff! The chef is 100% Taiwanese and is incredibly proud of his heritage and food. The minced pork is great and the salt and pepper chicken is extra crispy and not oily.

First time do take out here. Their pork chop rice is good. Also ordered salt and pepper chicken, it was packed in paper paper, they falling our from the bag. Wish they pack it better. The salt and pepper chicken also taste good.

I was blown away by the Taiwanese Braised pork over rice at TiHu The Noodle House. Their sauce was rich and bursting with flavor, perfectly complementing the tender pork and rice texture. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the service is attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys Taiwanese cuisine!

If you're a fan of Taiwanese cuisine, tihu the noodle house is a must-visit. I tried the spicy noodle soup with stir-fried beef on top, and it was absolutely delicious. Even as a spicy food lover, the heat level was just right. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere make the dining experience even better. The owner is very welcoming.Overall, it's a great spot for authentic Taiwanese flavors!

Disappointing Experience at Taiwanese Cuisine Restaurant

I recently visited a restaurant that promoted itself as offering authentic Taiwanese cuisine. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.

I ordered the "Braised Beef Noodle" and "Salt & Pepper Chicken." The braised beef noodle was particularly disappointing. It lacked authenticity and flavor, with a bland taste and only five thin pieces of beef that seemed to have been sitting in the refrigerator or freezer for a while. The beef lacked the fresh taste I was hoping for and had a freezer-burnt flavor instead.

The salt and pepper chicken was another letdown. It lacked seasoning entirely, forcing me to add salt and pepper myself at home. Despite the presence of basil, there was no noticeable basil flavor or aroma in the chicken. Additionally, the flour coating was crispy but soggy, likely due to an incorrect frying ratio.

The restaurant's interior decoration is warm and inviting. However, the service left much to be desired. The front lady was unfriendly and had a poker face, which did not contribute positively to the dining experience.

Additionally, it seems the owner does monitor reviews but does not update the menu on Google Maps. I noticed that the first review was posted 9-10 months ago, and since then, many dishes have been added or removed without any updates online. This lack of transparency makes it challenging for customers to know what to expect.

Overall, this restaurant did not live up to its claim of serving authentic Taiwanese cuisine. My experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to others seeking genuine Taiwanese flavors.

I found a treasure shop by accident. The price is too affordable, the taste is very authentic Taiwanese snacks, and snacks are also provided. Braised pork rice is my son's favorite.

the food is great, not too salty too, so hard to find seasoning that's light and tasty! The Soup tastes just like home!
