I’ve been here twice for lunch and I never leave hungry or disappointed! It was my introduction to Filipino food and I think it was the perfect place to get it. Would definitely recommend ;)

We were really disappointed with the service during our visit. The female server who attended to us seemed uninterested and unapproachable. She wasn’t smiling or friendly at all. When we tried to ask questions, she either didn’t answer properly or acted like she didn’t hear us. We felt like she was just ignoring us, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. Good food can’t make up for poor service. We hope the management can work on improving staff attitude and customer interaction.

I was sick and Tito Rad’s delivery came through with pork sinigang, garlic rice, lumpia, and chicken adobo. Delicious! Healed my soul, was exactly what I needed.

The food was so good, hit the spot. The back.room is great for big dinners or parties.

My wife and I had lunch here yesterday, we ordered fried bangus and 3 stick of pork BBQ. When we were done, the waitress asked how come we didn’t eat the BBQ. I told her it was very chewy! She responded, “oh like rubber?!” I said yes… then she just walked away and came back with the bill. She didn’t offer to replace it or take it off the bill!
No worries, I just paid for it and didn’t bring it up again. I’m pretty sure this is the same female server that some other reviewers complained about! I watched her be rude to ALL the delivery drivers picking up orders, while the young male server just kept apologizing to them for having to deal with her! I’m sure he knows how she is, but of course, he doesn’t want to disrespect his Ate!
If the owner bothers to read this review, I’m the person that put a $0 tip (as deserved) and wrote down how chewy the BBQ is on the receipt

I’ve been ordering delivery from Tito Rad’s for years (ever since I moved to Forest Hills four years ago) and it’s hands down the closest thing to homemade Filipino food I’ve ever had. I’ve been around Filipinos all my life, and Tito Rad's dishes always bring that authentic, comforting flavor that feels like it came straight from an auntie's kitchen.
I’ve only had the chance to dine in once when I happened to be running an errand right across the street. The food fresh from the kitchen was even better... hot, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care.
Yesterday, for Filipino American History Month, my office facilities coordinator (based in San Francisco) provided our NYC team with lunch from Tito Rad’s... delivered to our Manhattan office near Bryant Park. I had no idea they delivered that far! If I’d known, I would’ve been ordering for my coworkers years ago.
Everything was a hit... Pritong Lumpia, Pancit Bihon, Adobo Fried Rice, Beef Steak, Chicken BBQ Skewers, Lechon Kawali, and Turon. Every dish disappeared fast and now my coworkers want to make Tito Rad’s one of our go-to team lunches.
To top it off, someone from the restaurant even called afterward to check in and make sure everything went well (sorry I missed the call). That thoughtful touch really says a lot about how much they care about their customers.
If you’re looking for authentic, delicious Filipino food, Tito Rad’s is the place to go. And if you need catering or delivery (even to Manhattan), that’s just the cherry on top!

Rude waitress during lunch! Food is usually great during dinner, but my recent lunch visits have been disappointing. The crispy pata wasn’t as tender, the tuna panga was overcooked, and the bistek was just average — maybe there’s a different chef during lunchtime?
What really ruined the experience, though, was the service. There were only three parties dining in, yet the waitress made it seem like serving us was such a burden. When it came time to pay, she never brought the bill, so I went up to the cashier’s area myself. As I stood there waiting, two new customers walked in — and she completely ignored me, went straight to seat them, and left me standing there awkwardly. Totally unnecessary attitude, especially when the place wasn’t even busy.

The restaurant offers superb quality. Their food arrives hot and just-cooked. The happy demeanor of the team enhances satisfaction. The workers went further than required to help. When in this area, this restaurant is essential.
