The owner, Chad, and the manager, Fabio, are gracious, charismatic and meticulous! The joy they have while talking about the local businesses/purveyors they work with and private events they host puts a smile on your face because they have passion for their craft! This was my second time at Tootles & French. I have had both brunch and dinner here and both experiences were amazing. The food is outstanding. They do not use any liquor that is made in a factory but instead smaller business and locally sourced or made by the owner which is very very cool. I been wanting to try these place for a while and went there last week. OMG it was definitely worth it, from the beautiful space to the food this place it’s amazing.
