I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!

I absolutely love the vibe of this place. It has now become one of my favorite Tous Les Jours locations. The entire layout and aesthetic, the pastel colors and shades of pink (love those seats and tables!), was such a vibe. Absolutely LOVED the quality of their pastries and cake 🧁 🍰 👌💋🌹 we got their Choco Cloud Cake, Belgium Waffle 🧇 , and Vanilla Cream Donut 😋 my family and I completely devoured all of it. We had such a fun time taking pictures, indulging in these treats, and just having the most chill evening there. Highly recommend 👌🌹✨️

Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday in their location in Natick, MA. The chocolate one. The user preferences clearly stated - if item is unavailable -> CONACT ME. Instead, they decided to substitute the chocolate cake with a blueberry one. Because it is the same thing apparently. Noone is picking up the phone in the location now either

The Caprese Sandwich is not eatable. The bread is so hard that you can use it to make a hole in the wall. When I called to ask why they gave me Sandwich from yesterday, they said that they couldn't refund me, but they only change if I'll go at the store. But i ordered delivery because I don't drive and it is 7am... that's ridiculous!!!!

I like this location because it’s not hard to find parking if you come later on in the day/evening. I ordered a regular coffee and it was bland. A few pastries I tried were good though. The bathroom was sloppy and it’s possible visitors ruin it. A lot of tables weren’t clean. I would recommend keeping up with cleanliness.

I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯!The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

Their software doesn’t accept your email. You have No ability to earn points. No one responds when you send a message asking for help setting up your account. No live customer service available. Don’t waste your time trying to sign up for points. I’d include screen shots but Tous doesn’t allow a paste.
