Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday in their location in Natick, MA. The chocolate one. The user preferences clearly stated - if item is unavailable -> CONACT ME. Instead, they decided to substitute the chocolate cake with a blueberry one. Because it is the same thing apparently. Noone is picking up the phone in the location now either

I like this location because it’s not hard to find parking if you come later on in the day/evening. I ordered a regular coffee and it was bland. A few pastries I tried were good though. The bathroom was sloppy and it’s possible visitors ruin it. A lot of tables weren’t clean. I would recommend keeping up with cleanliness.

The tall female staff with black glasses who speaks Korean had bad attitude and extremely rude. Will never come back again.

Great pastries that are really delicious. But $10.00 for a simple egg salad sandwich is a total ripoff!! Their prices are overall higher than other places.

I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯！The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

Their software doesn’t accept your email. You have No ability to earn points. No one responds when you send a message asking for help setting up your account. No live customer service available. Don’t waste your time trying to sign up for points. I’d include screen shots but Tous doesn’t allow a paste.

Paris baguettes used to be delicious, but these days. Tourega's bread is delicious... The coffee isn't great either in Paris or here, but you can drink tea and the bread is delicious... so it's good...

Do not get cake from this location. It’s so disappointing how the cake turn out to be and how they misspelled happy birthday. The handwriting is terrible. Preordered the cake 2 days in advance & it doesn’t taste fresh at all. The inside was so dry. I’ve ordered cake from the location on Union st many times & it was always perfect. But this location’s quality for cake is terrible.
