They have to be more attentive to customers' orders to pick up. I called now Thursday, October 24 at 11:40 when I arrive they give my order to someone else and make me wait for nothing better customer service they need one who is not going to ask is to buy from them what is going
Zero manners.
This is less of a restaurant than it is a classic diner. Having said that, it is a very good diner. Good food, decent prices, excellent service. Do not confuse this with the restaurant in the same complex that serves people intending to go to the golf course. I must say I do not recommend that place, at least to what it was a few years ago. As with all such places within complexes, ownership may change.

The owner ( Buffy) is very rude. Calling my outfit pajamas and told me not to come to the restaurant with pajamas and flip flop ( i was wearing 2 pc set outfit and slides) for me, my outfit isn't pajamas. I can't take her attitude anymore since she's been rude to me a few times in the past. I was not dining in, I went to order takeout. She didn't say anything when I came in, she was approaching me when the orders are ready and paid. I got into a nasty argument with her. I wasn't proud of things i said to her but I didn't regret it either. Now I'm banned from buying anything from there. The waiter told me they're not allowed to sell anything to me. WONDERFUL! .
Beware with Blonde woman in high heels. Unpleasant woman. I'm really surprised to know from the residents of NORTH SHORE TOWERS that is her character. Just like everyone knows how she is. I guess she's always treating people poorly. It is a Diner for god sake, Not a formal fancy restaurant. My outfit was very appropriate for picking up takeout. Nothing wrong with that. I DO NOT need to wear high heels in that kind of place!
Always good and

One of the worst restaurants in north shore towers. The food is decent. The lady at the front appears to be doing everything but her job. I come in every Saturday and the waiters are always very rude to the elderly man I look after. They disappear the whole time, and when he tries to flag another waiter they ignore him. This is not the first rude encounter they need to do better.

Good food, and service. The lady manager owner needs to wear comfortable shoes, as she walks around the tables a lot on high heels and I guess they pinch her toes which affects her mood.

This diner is located in the North Shore Towers in the lower level. The food is very good and portions decent. I had the eggs and sausage with french fries and everything was cooked well. The coffee was fine and service was good.

The menu prices need to be updated immediately so customers know the true price of their food.
The food is decent, and the servers are reasonably friendly, but the blonde manager -- the owner, perhaps? -- is an aggressively unpleasant woman. The concept of customer service is very obviously lost on her.
