One of the worst restaurants in north shore towers. The food is decent. The lady at the front appears to be doing everything but her job. I come in every Saturday and the waiters are always very rude to the elderly man I look after. They disappear the whole time, and when he tries to flag another waiter they ignore him. This is not the first rude encounter they need to do better.

Good food, and service. The lady manager owner needs to wear comfortable shoes, as she walks around the tables a lot on high heels and I guess they pinch her toes which affects her mood.

This diner is located in the North Shore Towers in the lower level. The food is very good and portions decent. I had the eggs and sausage with french fries and everything was cooked well. The coffee was fine and service was good.

It's more of a cafe or diner. But we closed on an apartment here last month and had the opportunity to have lunch here twice. So far, I had a great salad, burger and chicken soup. My husband had a chicken wrap that he enjoyed. The cafe is kept very clean and the service was very friendly. For such a nice convenience , What more can I ask?

The food is decent, and the servers are reasonably friendly, but the blonde manager -- the owner, perhaps? -- is an aggressively unpleasant woman. The concept of customer service is very obviously lost on her.
Although it's basically a diner/coffee shop in North Shore Towers, we eat here quite a bit and the service and food is terrific. We love the home made turkey burgers, grilled chicken paninis, homemade soups and assorted wraps. It's not gourmet food but great "everyday" dining.

Towers Restaurant is nestled in the lower level of a private country club community. While it's super convenient to the residents and golf and country club members, I believe it's available to the general public as well. Although it's more of a glorified diner, it has a glam ambience and a decent size menu, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I've eaten here a number of times and each time have been satisfied. I've tried salads, sandwiches, eggs, French toast (delicious!!!), and their burger. The burger is probably the only item I wasn't impressed with. Oh, their coffee is really tasty, by the way! I'm new to the complex and very happy that I have this convenient establishment on-site... I'll definitely be frequenting and order from it!

Go to another venue! Buffy is a terrible business woman and will try to underhandedly charge you for things you don’t need. Angelo is nicer but Buffy ruins the negotiations. I had my baby shower there and was told we could just rent the hall and to let them know if we decided to cater with them. My fiancé and I decided to cater our own food because the food at the restaurant they own is mediocre and we wanted to have really good food at our event. When we decided to cater elsewhere, Buffy tried to up charge us the day before the event, stating that we had to valet the cars for our guests at an expensive price and got upset when I called the building. Since I’m a resident there, I did not have to valet and I could use the regular guest parking. She told me to my face that had she known I wasn’t going to cater with her she would’ve never let me rent the venue. Terrible business etiquette. I will NEVER do business there again, I won’t even eat at their restaurant. Go someplace else if you want a stress-free beautiful event.

Pre-paid Thanksgiving dinner ordered for 5:00 PM delivery and did not arrive until 5:45 after we had to call to find out where it was. Tasted really bad and both of us were sick all night. They should not be allowed to run a captive restaurant as bad as this!
