Horrible service horrible food we wait almost 2 hours for the food to arrive and it was only one plate of food and fries for my daughter very nasty service !! I’m love my Ecuadorian food but this place no I’m hope people red this bad experience

The bartender guy was awesome, on point with the drinks. Their was one waitress who didn't seem to like her job. Next time I'm staying at the bar! The music was eeeh they played music that no one danced to ALOT, not cool. There was one guy who was with the bartender and he seemed racist. Staring at my friend because she wasn't his racist 🙄 😒 can't believe ppl like that still exists 🤦🏼♀️definitely going to look for a new place to spend my hard earned $!!!!!

There were 5 people working and only 4 tables, yet they were still running around like it was chaotic. The food came in small portions, and at the end of the meal, they automatically added a 15% gratuity—even though the service was not good. Very disappointing experience.

I had to ask for everything! Utensils,Hot sauce etc. Nothing was on the table, my juice glass was cracked and almost cut my lip.
We have gone several times this weekend we celebrated a birthday we had a pretty pleasant time the music was good on the other occasions the music was not as good as on this occasion

I'm not one to write bad reviews at all considering I work in the industry but I have to write this one. My daughter order pernil with tostones. This is what they served us! All fat! I kindly said to the waitress that this wasn't what we were expecting. She did offer a different dish but at that point we were grossed out. We asked for the bill and she charged us for everything. ? I paid it but that will be last time we ever go there.
