Got two acai bowls and the strawberries and blueberries have gone bad and are squishy. Not fresh whatsoever, how can you serve a costumer this?! DO NOT BUY HERE buy anywhere else more spots along bell Blvd better than this one.

I still love this chain, but the service at this location has gotten worse over time. Today, the staff asked for my name 3 times despite very few people in the store, all of them looking disorganized. When I was handed my food and told that my smoothie will be ready soon, the same employee placed the smoothie with other orders at the staff's counter instead of just calling my name and giving the drink directly to me. As that staff member walked away, I patiently waited for another staff member to look up from her phone to notice that I was waiting, and she finally handed me my smoothie.
Also, as I walked to sit down, I saw a centipede crawling around the floor.

I always order the same Chia Banana Boost drink from different Tropical Smoothie Places and they are all consistent in taste, except for this place. (First time I've been there). The smoothie was off, like it was missing an ingredient. Maybe they made it with water versus coconut water. Not sure and I should of said something, especially since it's pricey and I got more than one to go. They probably would of fixed it, but I didn't feel like going back.

I go to this smoothie place pretty often, the smoothies are pretty good, the Island Green smoothie is my favorite. I've ordered the acai bowl or the oatmeal chia bowl for breakfast after a workout, and am always satisfied. The service is fast and friendly.

Their options are so basic and plain. They don’t have a lot of variety, not even oat milk which is crazy because it’s a SMOOTHIE spot . Taste is not good , very watery and not flavorful at all . I Wouldn’t come here again. Energy of workers are low and not friendly , like you’re a bother to them .
