I came here with my bf and he ordered acai bowl that was made in less 2 mins when we realized it was super frozen and tasted bland not happy with the quality it sucks and the smoothie the cashier guy made it wrong. I asked him to fixed it and he refused. Bad service and quality for “healthy lifestyle” food.

The smoothie is just fine, not that good. My biggest problem is when I was purchasing my order, the cashiers auto-added a 15% tip. I questioned them about it and afterward they showed me the tipping options. Honestly disgusted by this behavior.

I love going here for the happy hour smoothies
they literally suck. i’ve tried to come to this store multiple times and no matter if i get there 10 minutes before closing, 20 minutes before closing, or even 30 minutes + they always say they’re closing or they have the door locked. absolutely ridiculous. this is the last time i try to give tropical smoothie cafe a chance. never again and i’m telling everyone to never go here.

Did the bowl size gotten smaller? other than I wish price was more affordable I would go more often instead of making my own to save cost.

This was our 1st time, trying their smoothies. We loved pomegranate plunge, Sunrise sunset was okay, paradise point was good. Service was fast. The server was friendly. They have limited seating available.

Wait times can be very long due to understaffing. Smoothies are good. My sandwich had bacon and the bacon was old, which tasted disgusting. Workers are chill and hardworking, but the atmosphere is tense because there is a line of people waiting for their order for a long time. Every now and then they make a mistake on my order, but understandable when they are so overwhelmed due to under staffing. For the premium they charge you would expect food quality was up to date, and a properly staffed place with a better atmosphere. This on top of the known fact that they pay workers minimum wage makes me lose any respect for this business and its owner to be honest. But the workers do have my respect.

Love their smoothies. PB Cup and Bahama mama are the goats.
Check out their in app offers, sometimes they have free smoothies if you buy a food item which is a pretty good deal.

It was my first time trying this place out and wow was I happy I did. The smoothies were so yum and refreshing. I got the Acai berry boost and my bf got the peanut butter cup. If you love chocolate covered strawberries then I definitely recommend getting the peanut butter cup Smoothie and adding strawberries to it. TRUST, it's amazing! Service was quick and smooth. Ambiance seemed calm, people are typically in and out. 4 stars because I haven't tried their food yet, will update once I do.
Oh yeah one more thing, let them know if you don't want any added sugar in your Smoothies! ♡

Here's a list of things I've seen and heard from numerous people about this business:1. The owner (who looks like an older man) hits on minors in the store (the employees literally look like they are 15 and one of them has confirmed they are still in high school).2. The owner allows for his employees to cut around mold on fruits.3. They don't pay their employees properly and don't give them sick time (so therefore, employees who are visibly sick are the ones preparing your food/drinks).4. This brings me to my next point -- I noticed the owner only hires teenagers. They clearly don't know better and are being exploited, while also serving food that is not safe to consume.I've been coming to Tropical Smoothie for a while to see if there were any positive changes, but to no avail. I personally will no longer be supporting this business.
