They have the worst customer service, they don’t know how to talk to people and they look so miserable. There attitude is horrible. Lesly has like the worst face. How do you have someone like that representing your location. I asked for something she doesn’t add the additional stuff always with an attitude. If their was another smoothy spot I would go there instead of dealing with this person . When you ask to add things to the smoothie she like gets upset . If you had people with smile you would sell more.

It’s been 2 months and still no vitamins to add to my smoothie the way I like it . Absolutely love the morning staff . This location is good I’m just extremely pissed about The supplements not being available for months. Enough for me to stop going . This is the only tropical smoothie that makes my Smoothie the way I like when they have all ingredients.

Will never return here again! TWO ladies at the counter tried to take my order and totally messed up. I asked for 2 smoothies with add ons. I was charged for 2 things I didn’t order. It’s fine- mistakes happen . But even after explaining what I wanted multiple times - two ladies working there could not get it right and needed to ask for help from the manager. And no apologies from anyone! Nobody said a simple “sorry” - what kind of service is that ? Instead of refunding for the extra charges , they reimbursed me in full and then charge me again . The manager was also unfriendly and had an attitude problem . Mistakes happen but how they handled it was terrible customer service

Wow.. this is good. Perfect treat after hot yoga. Icey and smoothe like creme at the same time. Bae says it tastes pretty good too. She likes the quality cups and plastic straws. I got the peanut butter protein smoothie. Bae the jetty punch. There was plenty of seating. The place was mostly full of customers on a late Monday evening. The workers were getting out orders quick. 8/21 - Stopped in after hot yoga. Peanut paradise breeze was delicious. Service was also great. Bumping up rating for service from 4 to 5 stars. Based off the combined visits experience. 9/15 Came after yoga again. I was feeling a smoothie on the icey side. With a cup made to keep it cool.
Bae chose this spot because we wanted a refreshing smoothi after yoga. I got the jetty punch. Next time I wanna get the one with the blueberries and banana and strawberry. 10/10. I cant stop sipping it.

I had an amazing experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Steinway Street here in Astoria. For one, I recently completed a 40-day water fast and it had been only 5 days since I had broke fast. I was rating whole fruits from Saturday to Tuesday, but upon having a meeting with a friend, I decided to wanted to have an acai bowl. After some light research, I decided to try you guys. Mannnnnn listen!!!!! I was NOT disappointed in the least!!!! The bowl I had was EPIC and I can't wait to come back for another one SOON!!!!!
Vegetarian options: Well I had a vegan acai bowl, and there are smoothies, juices, and stuff like that.
