Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I ordered an avacolada and it was honestly the worst smoothie I ever had in my life. I had a salad as well and I couldn’t even finish it because it tasted weird. I always go to tropical smoothie but it was my first time trying this location and I’m extremely disappointed.

If you only put tasty great food in your body because you care about your heath, EAT HERE !!!
The smoothies are like slushies, BUT HEALTHY, the wraps and bowls here will feed your body not destroy it from within like a void of anything heathy subway crap sandwich.....

I ordered a smoothie from here, peanut paradise with the whey protein, and found something else in my drink that was green .The smoothie I ordered has nothing green in it, They need to wash out the container that they mix our drinks in, I realized it was a bunch of teenagers working there and they don't like to do there own dishes why would they want to wash out or clean dishes at work

For starters they don’t have a bathroom for customers. It’s not like it’s behind the counter near the kitchen or anything, it’s separate and easily accessible by customers, they just keep it locked for them only. I don’t know why restaurants like these would not have a bathroom for customers.

The Thai wrap was really good, but the mocha smoothie was really not. It was the first time I tried it, and when I asked the employee if they could possibly replace it they said they could not because “they couldn’t do anything with it”.

I left a 15% tip for the worker(s) when I paid which is not a lot but left me with a bad taste in the mouth (literally) when they wouldn’t extend a courtesy that most places would.

Got a breakfast burrito, and a flatbread, asked to take out the tomatoes and substitute the cheddar for pepper jack, and use less sauce.

Lo and behold I’m in a rush so I’m not checking the wrap when u grab it in the morning and when I go to eat it there is both tomato and cheddar, and the sauce amount hasn’t changed.

So yeah, ended up with two soggy meals. At least the order was done in 5 minutes ?

The atmosphere here is very nice and the workers are very respectful and friendly. One of the worker names Leon was very sweet and outgoing. Good vibe. If you’re looking for a smoothie place or even an açaí bowl i would highly suggest here.

I must say the server was kind, courteous and on point, and he made the best best strawberry mango smoothie I’ve ever had. It was on point the atmosphere was very clean and the service was excellent keep up the good work.

I was greeted by Christian and he was so helpful ! I had an issue with getting my free smoothie. But Coco was able to help me sort it out right away ! Such a wonderful team, I ordered the Mango Magic smoothie ! It’s so delicious and I got the Cali breakfast chicken grilled sandwich. I didn’t do any substitutions but it was so delicious and seasoned ! I will definitely come back again ?

I love the self flavored smoothies.A's a little pricey but a nice size cup ,so I guess it balances out. Maybe in the future they'll have coupons.

Establishment is clean, I was shown great customer service, and the chicken pesto flatbread sandwich I got was really good and tasted fresh! I will definitely be returning!
