I haven’t been here for a long time, and I feel that the environment is much better than before???!

Used to love this place but the new giant touch screen you have to interface with to place an order is horrible. Very impersonal and not time efficient at all. By the time I find what I want to order they could be halfway done making what I want if I had just told them.

People complain about being replaced by robots and then they implement useless features like this to expedite the human-Ai replacement.

Will change my rating to 5 stars once this glorified iPad is recycled.

The boba is good but the lady who usually runs the cashier area is definitely rude. Ordered the wrong drink by mistake, but instead of explaining the correct term for it in a friendly way, she rolled her eyes at me, snapped at me for ordering the wrong thing and gave me a whole attitude. Like damn ? my bad, it was never that serious.The reward system isn’t that good either, you get a stamp card but when you reach your free drink, you only get two options, i believe its tea and some other drink, there’s barely variety there.
