朝茶 Tsaocaa bubble tea store

I live in Jersey and I go to Tsaocaa in Secaucus all the time because it's one of the most amazing shops there is for bubble tea, ramen and wings. I love them. So when I was in Ridgewood and saw they had a Tsaocaa I was excited. Unfortunately this place was a dud. Their menu was very different. The bubble tea I had was just ok. The bobas had a weird taste. The wings were good. The fries were terrible. They were very greasy and had an oily taste not a potato taste. I bought food for 5 and we all had the same opinion about the fries. Also they don't sell ramen. Apparently the menus vary from place to place. The lady taking our order seemed very robotic. Lacked personality. That's easy to overlook if the food was good. Unfortunately this was a one and done for us. Not returning. Thank goodness the Secaucus location is 10 minutes from my home.

Not bad but kinda pricy for food that was and is abit dry and the floor was abit slippery… since the staff finished cleaning the store but didnt bother putting up a sign.. the store overall makes me feel like im not welcomed I ordered the food for dine in and they still put it in a to go bag.. what’s the point of that.

Quality and taste is not the same as the flushing store. I ordered 30% sugar for my drinks and they tasted like they were 70% or 100% sugar. The jelly used in the peach drink was lychee instead of tea/clear jelly which made the drink even more nauseatingly sweet. They also jam the drinks with orange slices and lime but they don't bother to squeeze the lime.

I got the large green tea with boba. If you come here for the tea, it's alright. However, I've never been too a place so stingy with the amount of boba. There's barely any boba for a large cup... and I've had a lot of boba around the city.

Poor service

I usually get the lunch special and for the price, it's worth it. If you're nearby I'd recommend this place.

I haven’t been here for a long time, and I feel that the environment is much better than before???!

Used to love this place but the new giant touch screen you have to interface with to place an order is horrible. Very impersonal and not time efficient at all. By the time I find what I want to order they could be halfway done making what I want if I had just told them.

People complain about being replaced by robots and then they implement useless features like this to expedite the human-Ai replacement.

Will change my rating to 5 stars once this glorified iPad is recycled.

I just made a phone call to order food. I may have accidentally clicked on the wrong address when searching on Google. The clerk who answered the phone immediately said that the address you dialed was from that address. His attitude was very impatient. I said sorry, so I dialed the wrong address. I cursed a damn...
