Nice looking bar/restaurant. Mostly empty. It was 8:30 AM, and I just wanted some eggs or something.

I chose a full-size booth because it was as far as I could get from the loud music from the speakers. After a few minutes a girl came running up and barked that since I was “only one person” I needed to sit “over there.“ She was pointing at a tiny table in the corner.

I got up and walked out without saying a word.

40 minute wait for 2 hamburgers. Never brought catsup or Mayo after request, had to find waitress. Food good but service bad.

We've eaten here twice. The first time we ordered from a human and, while surprised by the price, were thankful for the decent food and friendly service. On our second visit, we had to order through an app that was not as easy as other menu apps that I've used, and we waited 35 minutes to get our whole order. I will probably eat here again for what might be its best quality: sanctuary from the hordes at the other eateries. The dining room and bar are large, but on neither visit did they feel as crowded and chaotic as other places in the terminal.

I know this is an airport bar, but I have never experienced such horrible service and experience. I was ignored for two hours and when I finally paid, the bartender, Aleksand cancelled my tip and demanded I tip him more and accosted me in from of other patrons. I was so uncomfortable and I’m still shaking. I have never experienced this and as a bartender myself, never made this demand of other people.

They are using an app to order that is not functional and its navigation is unintuitive. To top off the poor experience, the payment method does not work.

It's important to keep in mind that people at the airport are in transit; the airport is far from the city center. Travelers may take up to two hours to get there and have limited time to eat and board their flight. Good service should be a priority—be helpful, not mechanical. Imagine an 80-year-old man arriving to eat?

Decent food. But the service is kind of slow for an airport.

This place just survives because of its location, I really didn't want to pay any tip , the service is as good as zero. The rating of 2.9 on Google is high.. it should be zero

They charged my fiancé for our food twice and couldn’t figure out how to refund it before our flight. Paid $160 for mediocre food…..don’t come here

I ordered oatmeal and a mimosa, which was more than 40 dollars. Totally bogus. Tip was automatically included even though I was solo. Also bogus. The only thing the server did was hand me a menu and bring food. Everything could only be ordered through QR code. The other server sat at a long, high table on her laptop the whole time, rudely telling people they couldn't sit at the same table as her.

We arrived after several hours of travel from Europe, and wanted to sit in a comfortable booth. The waiter asked us to sit somewhere where there is a table for two people, none happened to be a booth place as the tables, though small for two people, were pushed together for four. The restaurant was fairly empty in that section but we did what he asked. He offered us water, which he brought and pointed to the QR code for ordering. We did our order but could not complete it on our phones, because of the bad internet connection, so we ended up ordering from the waiter after all when he was in the area. The food was great, but VERY EXPENSIVE even for an airport. I find charging prices like that without accomodating customers seating preferences and having them order digitally is extremely disappointing and not good for the staff, because it makes customers not want to tip. Our waiter received an embarrassing low tip, and i don't usually do that.Constructive criticism:Management needs to train staff to use common sense. If the restaurant is filling up and there are few places to sit, be my guest and make people sit at a 2 person table, but if it is practically empty, let them sit where they want for goodness sake. $17.00 for a beer! Haven't paid that anywhere up to now, and Europe IS expensive to live.Sorry, the overall experience was just simply bad. I'm sorry to have "punished" the waiter. Please re-think your way of doing business.Sincerely,Gabriela Wolford

When we arrived, we wanted to sit in a booth but we told they are for groups of 3 or 4. The one booth for 2 was occupied. The restaurant was 75-80% empty so there was room. This is a management decision and not a reflection on the wait staff. We scanned a QR code for the menu and then had to order through our phone. We are from Europe and data is at a premium when traveling. They don't offer WiFi! After putting the order together (half the menu was greyed-out because they didn't have it), the total was OVER $75.00!!! The next step was to leave a tip. The options were 20%, 22%, 25%, and OTHER. The tip is not for helping you with the menu or sitting where you would like. It is for bringing everything to you then leaving you alone.I ordered a beer to the tune of $15.99 a pint! I had only one beer because it felt so much like being taken advantage of. We had a burger and a veggie burger with fries. My wife had a ginger ale. The food was good. I expect things to be expensive at the airport, but the drinks were incredibly high priced. That, coupled with no actual service/help, makes it a poor value indeed. I would not visit again.

Food was reasonably priced over other food in the area.
