Albuquerque Diner

I ordered oatmeal and a mimosa, which was more than 40 dollars. Totally bogus. Tip was automatically included even though I was solo. Also bogus. The only thing the server did was hand me a menu and bring food. Everything could only be ordered through QR code. The other server sat at a long, high table on her laptop the whole time, rudely telling people they couldn't sit at the same table as her.

We arrived after several hours of travel from Europe, and wanted to sit in a comfortable booth. The waiter asked us to sit somewhere where there is a table for two people, none happened to be a booth place as the tables, though small for two people, were pushed together for four. The restaurant was fairly empty in that section but we did what he asked. He offered us water, which he brought and pointed to the QR code for ordering. We did our order but could not complete it on our phones, because of the bad internet connection, so we ended up ordering from the waiter after all when he was in the area. The food was great, but VERY EXPENSIVE even for an airport. I find charging prices like that without accomodating customers seating preferences and having them order digitally is extremely disappointing and not good for the staff, because it makes customers not want to tip. Our waiter received an embarrassing low tip, and i don't usually do that.Constructive criticism:Management needs to train staff to use common sense. If the restaurant is filling up and there are few places to sit, be my guest and make people sit at a 2 person table, but if it is practically empty, let them sit where they want for goodness sake. $17.00 for a beer! Haven't paid that anywhere up to now, and Europe IS expensive to live.Sorry, the overall experience was just simply bad. I'm sorry to have "punished" the waiter. Please re-think your way of doing business.Sincerely,Gabriela Wolford

When we arrived, we wanted to sit in a booth but we told they are for groups of 3 or 4. The one booth for 2 was occupied. The restaurant was 75-80% empty so there was room. This is a management decision and not a reflection on the wait staff. We scanned a QR code for the menu and then had to order through our phone. We are from Europe and data is at a premium when traveling. They don't offer WiFi! After putting the order together (half the menu was greyed-out because they didn't have it), the total was OVER $75.00!!! The next step was to leave a tip. The options were 20%, 22%, 25%, and OTHER. The tip is not for helping you with the menu or sitting where you would like. It is for bringing everything to you then leaving you alone.I ordered a beer to the tune of $15.99 a pint! I had only one beer because it felt so much like being taken advantage of. We had a burger and a veggie burger with fries. My wife had a ginger ale. The food was good. I expect things to be expensive at the airport, but the drinks were incredibly high priced. That, coupled with no actual service/help, makes it a poor value indeed. I would not visit again.

Great location and nice tables by the window but the fries were old and cold for $12. The chicken Caesar salad was good but cost almost $30 for a chicken breast and some lettuce.

This restaurant in the middle of an international airport did not accept payment with international credit cards through its online-only tableside ordering service. When the staff were asked for support? "-please sit at the bar instead, someone MAY serve you there".Far, far below expectations.

Not bad service, try NO service, I guess if you have time to kill go for it, never had the food, didn’t get that far, servers couldn’t care less about the customers

Service was almost non existent. First they asked me to scan a qr code which took me to a blank url page? I eventually ordered a veggie burger for $20 which is supposed to come with avocado and they served it with no avocado and still charged me the same amount. Was almost late for my flight bc they took 25 minutes to give me my bill. Also they had a “dixie” sign on the wall? Who decorated this place??

French dip - overcooked , cold, sad, flavorless beef on a bun with a sad little salad and grey as jus. Croque Monsieur was better but the crunchy fried egg on top didn't make it look terrible appetizing.

Poor service. Super unfriendly and almost confrontational. Food very bland and over priced. With tip, 2 entrees and 1 drink was $100. Not worth it for what was clearly a meal made from the cheapest possible ingredients.

This place was totally great for a last min airport dinner. If you’re going to the airport to eat a gourmet dinner I am more worried about you then I am about the food at this place. But everyone who worked here was super friendly, the food came out fast and it hit the spot. French dip is
