I ordered at the kiosk and was shocked to learn that doing so meant I wasn’t allowed to use their seating area. The two workers on September 14 are terribly rude, probably overworked. After spending $30 on an omelette, I was told I could only take it to go, even though ordering at the kiosk saved them time and labor. Instead, I had to stand around for 20 minutes waiting for a very mediocre meal

Ordered the rigatoni pasta and the tacos from the kiosk. Waited for about half an hour. When the waitress brought the order, she asked us to stand up and step away rudely and wouldn’t leave until we left. The pasta was literally floating on a layer of oil. The tacos were good though.

Stopped for a quick bite. I was hesitant to try their loaded fries with clam chowder, they put it on the side. What an awesome gamble! I would recommend chowder on the side if you're not a fan of soggy fries. Flavor was on point!

I was here on December 7, I ordered a chicken sandwich and waited over 1 hour 30 mins for an order that never came out. Paid the $21.76 for the meal but was never updated or brought out my food. To the point where I had to leave because my flight was leaving I just had to get something to eat once I landed back in FL. Very unfortunate. Also great atmosphere due to a weird argument between some Spanish dude and a white lady. But I never got my food and they were super slow.
What an idiotic “policy” that if you order at the kiosk you’re barred from using their seating area. Despite spending $30 on a turkey club, which is already egregious, they died on the hill of not being able to sit and enjoy my meal even after saving them time and labor costs by just using their kiosk in the front, which isn’t labeled or have any sort of sign that indicates that using the kiosk is for to go orders only. Then you have to stand there for 20 minutes for your mediocre meal which the guy who handed it off didn’t even say thank or anything. Do yourself a favor and do not support this weirdly pretentious and rude business with overpriced food.

The food is horrible and expensive. The shrimp tacos bread felt apart as soon as I got it. I had to use a fork, and it tasted bad too. Not for 20 bucks! And you can’t seat unless pay for tip.

Chicken sandwich seasoning is great. Definitely understand why it has slaw on it now. Super dry without it. Also apparently if you order at the kiosk you need to stand there in front of it for 15 minutes waiting for your food. There are no seats near it and you cannot sit in the “restaurant” even to get out of the way of the line behind you… even with a 3 month old baby with you. I would understand if the place was packed… but they weren’t. And the kiosk was. I guess once you paid for your food they don’t care what comes next… also grab a drink from the fridge next to you and scan it. Don’t just settle for half a can of Pepsi in a cup of ice like I did.

The food was typical airport food and pretty expensive, but Shalisha was did a great job! It was super busy and she was going one million miles per hour making sure everyone was being served. She made an otherwise average experience, excellent.
