Burned burned burned. I really hate to write a bad review because the guys were awesome and treated us with utmost respect. In their defense we ordered and picked up the food at 1:00 in the morning but take a look at the pics. There is no excuse for what we were handed. If we lived closer I would take the food back. Lamb chops burned to a crisp. Expensive charcoal! Ribs and chicken were alright with a burnt aftertaste. included desert- small cup of jello.Definitely not food for the sober.Sorry but I'll take a hard pass on this place until further notice.

I would like to start by saying horrible place and service 1) dirty table with spill coffee 2)coffee cups are dingy 3) got a glass of water there was small particles floating in the water took me almost and hour to receive my food finally got it I received just my omelette and was told the pancakes will be out shortly turn in to 20 mins. Poor customer service horrible place will not be returning to this place you get what you pay for in the run down neighborhood if I could give a one star I would

With so many breakfast options before our flight from New York to Dallas, we decided to try another diner. Hit or miss? I’m going to say USA Diner was a hit. From the moment we walked in, to the time we left, we felt like we were visiting family. Welcomed at the door and given the option to sit anywhere. We chose a booth which turned out to be a bit tight for our party if 4. We were moved to a table by our server Ms. Anne, who made our dining experience one to remember. She was attentive, sweet, funny and kind. Ms. Anne provided exceptional service! Between the service, vibrant colors and positive messages on the walls, USA Diner offered the right energy and vibe. The food options..extensive, the food… good and the service..exceptional! The one thing I couldn’t figure out was, what type of turkey bacon they were serving?. Ms. Anne assured me it was turkey bacon but… yeah I had to pass.

I wanted breakfast to go this morning. The server sent me to a specific table they use for those who want take out.That same server ignored me while other people behind me were seated. To make matters worse, the hostess asked her to take my order, by that time I had already been there 15 minutes, and she ignored me some more.I understand most customers that do take out don’t tip, I’m not one of them. I tip 15-20% minimum. It’s sad that I am, personally, experiencing the same low quality service they had prior to the change of leadership and/or ownership.

Not a good experience @ USA Diner. There was no one at the door to greet us, so I presumed there was no body working. We were seated a few minutes later. Received our drink order quickly. However, we waited an hour and we did not receive our food..an order of 1 omelette and 1 waffle... that is ridiculous! I left at that point. This was not the first time I have waited long for service here. The place was not even crowded on this Tuesday afternoon. I have done this job before so I can be critical of poor service. Never again..twice is too many times to be disappointed.

This is our go to diner. We really enjoy the food. The staff is good. It's located within the NYC so you have to show proof of vaccination to eat in..but the also have take out. It's big enough to accommodate families and hold meetings gs but call first and make a reservation so they can prepare for you. Otherwise just walk in. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is Caribbean but remember it's still diner food oriented. Enjoy.

The fried calamari was rubbery. I would not order it again. The salad was ok. I didn't order anything else but would give them another try if in the area again.

The absolute worst experience ever the food took a hour it came out luke warm and over cooked. The manager is unprofessional and rude He made excuses for the poor service without and apology and he was unmasked. I’ll never ever come here again. By the way it wasn’t crowed
I have to say this place went down a lot I use to enjoy coming here. I believe the pandemic has hurt them the food tasted old and maybe reheated. The rice was so hard the smother turkey wings weren't good at all. The waiter tried to help but he's not the cook. Sadly, I don't see them around long. I do pray they bounce back. Less is more on the menu.

It's a great place for classic diner food. They have everything from hamburgers to j*** chicken to shrimp salad.I think this place is open 24 hours. That would make it a good after a long day / night place to eat. The portions are really really big so bring your appetite. They do require proof of vaccination and they do temperature checks at the door. You must also wear your mask to get in and when you leave.

Had the chicken and waffles. Everything was cooked perfectly. The 4 huge pieces of chicken were crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. The Belgian waffles was the best I've ever had. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu.
