Came all the way from the upper East Coast for this… and the pani puri was colder than the Ice Age. The pani tasted like straight hing(asafoetid )water. Honestly one of the worst pani puri experiences ever. Not even close to calling it pani puri. Total disappointment.

No good usha food no good one of my uncle went there yesterday and he buy fafda and papdi for me almost 2.5 pounds and 2 pounds for him to but the person gave only few sambharo and kadi i don’t want to go there any more.

I placed my usual order, only to be surprised when the food came out hard as a rock. When I asked for either a redo or a refund, I was told it would have to be run by a manager first. As someone who has supported this place consistently, I expected better. If you want your customers to keep coming back, please prioritize both the quality of the food and the efficiency of your service.
