The flavors and quality of the product ? excellent but the customer service was terrible. They made a mistake in my order and before apologizing they treated me extremely badly. The woman who served spoke to me almost shouting. I was a customer for years and would never return. Customer service is extremely important. as same as the product.

Everything that is bakery is always hard, today my husband bought 2 ham empanadas but they were burnt and hard and a piece was missing, they should be ashamed of selling something like that as they are not going to feel that the empanada is hard; You can't go back to this place ??????

I was there on Saturday and the waitress charged me a 20% tip without telling me, on top of that I tipped her in cash!!!! They are obliged to charge me a 20% tip, TERRIBLE!!!!!!
One star if I could leave -5 I would put it!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!

Great desserts, can't go wrong with this Bakery, give it a shot you won't regret it

Server was not nice and was overtly disrespectful for no apparent reason.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The chicken empanadas were amazing:) The avocado, egg and cheese we delicious. We will be back?

The lady who took our order (Alejandra. I’m not even sure she gave us her name or a random name) is the rudest person ever. The google menu is a different price than what they charge. When asked about it she rudely told us to go check the prices on the website. And then tells us why are we looking online because they don’t have a website. Regardless, very very rude and nasty.

Great selection in bakery items never had anything else but bakery things and it never disappoints amazing

Parking: Very limited parking so you might have to park a couple blocks away but it is definitely worth it so yummy

It’s super unfair that when you receive a very good service you have nothing to say, but you have a small detail or misunderstanding that you don’t t like and you have a very bad review, this bakery offers very good service, food, desserts and prices, but some customers go in a rush and they hate waiting so when they have to order they do it in a bad way and they think that because they’re customers they have the right to disrespect the staff, I’ve seen many rude people wanting to order a simple coffee, they do it with a very bad attitude and they are the same as Then they complain about the service. Being polite to a waitress should be important as well.

Nice place for desserts & coffee. They have Dominican desserts and I like the empanadas here too. The tables are nice to study here but there’s no WiFi.

Update: they have WiFi! I also got a don valerio pita sandwich here and it was yummy. It has easily become my go to spot in College Point.
