The food was excellent and absolutely delicious 🥰 It was the best soufflé pancake I’ve ever had. I also loved the presentation of the pancakes 🥹 Definitely try the omurice as well! Be prepared to wait 40 minutes to an hour if you don’t make a reservation 🥲 but it’s totally worth the wait 👍

Atmosphere is top tier, just lovely decor. Service was friendly but all of our food & drinks came out at different times, one of our drinks we had to ask 3 times for. Every drink was delicious, the rose matcha latte was the largest drink & was very floral but I really enjoyed it. The other drinks, lemonade & berry tea, were good but small and not well mixed with syrup mostly on the bottom but we stirred it up easily enough. The food was good but the red sauce on the omelet & omurice was oddly, slightly, sweet which was interesting. We were a little disappointed that we didn't get to experience the classic omurice slice as it was done in the kitchen but it was yummy still. The creme anglaise souffle pancakes were light, fluffy, and I'm really glad I tried them. The creme anglaise itself was fresh out of the refrigerator cold which I did not expect on my warm pancakes. I just scraped it off to the side so it the pancakes didn't cool too fast. All in all, it was a really nice experience and I'm glad we tried it.

Ordered the omu rice and pancakes to share, hmmmmmmm the ambience is absolutely beautiful. We didn’t order any drinks but since we were sitting next to the counter we saw how the drinks were made and they were definitely very popular. The omu rice was ok, had bits of bacon in it but nothing that stood out. The pancake on the other hand took a bit longer to come out, but the flavor was a bit on the blander side, and the texture as if it were sitting out for a while, come here for the aesthetics and you won’t be disappointed but in regards to food and for the price you’re paying, maybe not yas too much expectations. The service was great!
Went on a Saturday noontime, and it was pretty busy! There was a wait of maybe 10 minutes for the counter top, they said 30 for a table.

Wait times are just crazy. Half of the tables are empty and makes 7 parties all stand at the door for 30+ mins. Just a super unpleasant experience dining here. Would not recommend unless you enjoy standing in line for no reason.
Many parties were told wait times of 2+ hours after standing in line for 30 mins.
One particular middle age lady server was also rude and really made this experience a total disappointment.
Ordered 2 Fondant Au Chocolate. We waited 20 minutes and they brought out 1. They were closing earlier than normal today within the hour so we just sucked it up and left.

There was a quick detour from work which changed my mind to explore the new area. My time at Vert Frais was splendid. A lot of different cuisine to available to try. The burst of flavors were lovely and as perfect as it could be. The serving size was manageable and the dishes were beautiful to appeal to my taste.

I've been 3 times now and every time they mess up something about our order (food never arrives, have to wait, appetizer is forgotten, only one person gets served and the rest of the food isn't prepared) Food is good but not worth the bad service.

The vegan ramen was amazing!!!! Great mushrooms, thinly sliced squash, carrots cabbage and leafy greens. The broth was spectacular!!!! Highly recommend. Service was great and food came out quickly. Terrific all the way around!
