Carefull!!! You don’t want to get food poisoning before your flight!! Customer service was horrible and the food was not Wendy’s material. You do you. Just warning you.

It’s my first time in this airport, so naturally, if i’m hungry, I go look up the food options near me to verify what’s open and what’s not. The wendy’s says it opens at 4:30a.m., so at 4:52a.m. exactly, I go stand in line. I stand there for a few minutes, and the employees seem to be trying to figure something out, that’s understandable. I’m in no real rush, so I wait for a few minutes. A shorter guy with glasses in a dark gray shirt then tells me “we’re not open until 5:30a.m.”. I started off with “I didn’t know tha-“ and before I could even get to saying that the website says 4:30, he just repeats “we don’t open until 5:30”. literally TWO minutes later, I see someone walk up and order (I can see the line from where I was sitting). I approach them again, and this time it was a young lady at the register. she says they open at 4:30, I then ask why did that man (proceeded to point to said man) say 5:30. she doesn’t give me any further explanation than “we weren’t ready”. she said they were ready now, but after that experience, I no longer wanted anything except an honest apology. Definitely don’t recommend.

Had no problems with my order and it came out fast! Its a pretty small Wendy's at LGA so expect a crowd.

FYI. They won't sell single patties unless you pay full price for a burger.

Read all the google reviews before ordering & I must say, you can’t always go by the reviews because my experience was good. The employee who helped me was really nice & my breakfast sandwich was SO SO SO GOOD!

I ordered a chicken buddy biscuit. I recieved a TYSON chicken patty on a biscuit; not chicken made from all-white meat, breaded and fried to crispy perfection. It was DISGUSTING! I have hard this item in other states NEVER have I been served a frozen chicken patty!

The price not bad for the airport but more than outside of the airport. Staff seem nice. I didn’t get my rewards point I normally get.

Anthony was a great cashier that managed a ton and was super friendly. The food was pretty good.
Got charged twice for the order. No refunds offered and credit card company couldn't reverse the problem. Avoid if it all possible!

I ordered a chicken meal sandwich that I couldn't finish half of due to the rubbery unnatural texture. The corporate claims that they addressed customer complaints about the rubbery texture of their chicken few years ago but obviously they still buy rubber instead of chicken. I had to through away half of the sandwich. I feel bad for the decomposing bacteria in the landfill 👎 now. I believe this bad for both health and the environment while we continue to deregulation or the so called self regulation. Any FDA listening here?

It’s a Wendy’s in an airport guys it’s not gonna be the ritz. Ordered through the app by the time I walked up from my gate it was ready. Got my food it tasted like Wendy’s 👍

Worst experience i’ve ever had and i’ve traveled all over. I just wanted to get a quick and easy lunch and it turned out to be a long and frustrating process. i got in line as the mobile line was super long. guy would not take my order and i watched 20 other people get their food before me. why do they get priority when u see me standing there. After 20 minutes, i finally get my order taken and wait other 5 mins to get my food. Once I got my food, i asked the man about my drink i ordered. He mumbled something i didn’t hear then walked off. I waited another 3-4 minutes for my drink, and watched as they made others but not mine. I had finally had enough and was going to be late for my flight so I had to leave without my drink after all that. Unless you order through mobile, it’s not worth it at all.

Extremely rude and abusive language by a young guy at the cashier duty in the morning. I should have checked the other reviews experiencing similar hostility which shows this location rated at 2 stars. Will certainly avoid this Wendy’s location moving forward.
