Worst experience i’ve ever had and i’ve traveled all over. I just wanted to get a quick and easy lunch and it turned out to be a long and frustrating process. i got in line as the mobile line was super long. guy would not take my order and i watched 20 other people get their food before me. why do they get priority when u see me standing there. After 20 minutes, i finally get my order taken and wait other 5 mins to get my food. Once I got my food, i asked the man about my drink i ordered. He mumbled something i didn’t hear then walked off. I waited another 3-4 minutes for my drink, and watched as they made others but not mine. I had finally had enough and was going to be late for my flight so I had to leave without my drink after all that. Unless you order through mobile, it’s not worth it at all.

Extremely rude and abusive language by a young guy at the cashier duty in the morning. I should have checked the other reviews experiencing similar hostility which shows this location rated at 2 stars. Will certainly avoid this Wendy’s location moving forward.

The cash register employee at Wendy’s at 6:19 AM was a complete and utter insulting mess. I spoke very clearly and succinctly my order which was number three sandwich only plus orange juice. It took close to three minutes to get him to understand what the order was. I would say he needs training, but I don’t think that’s possible. What he needs is to work somewhere else maybe back of the house cleanup away from customers. I give this a zero stars, but that’s not possible on this website.

Horrible customer service. Our family, including children and seniors, visited this Wendy's, and the cashier refused to take our order in person. She insisted we use the ordering machine, even though there were no other customers waiting. Instead of helping us, she was laughing and chatting with someone in the kitchen, making us wait. When she asked for a name for our order, she couldn't spell "Winston" and just said, "I'll call you W." – incredibly rude. I've never experienced this kind of service at any other Wendy's. It's disappointing that Wendy's corporate allows staff like this at such a major international airport location.

Horrible service. Rude people using no courtesy and respect or kindness. Fries were cold. But worst is, I ordered a chicken sandwich “plain, with only lettuce and cheese”. They charged me extra for the cheese, which I was ok with, but left off the chicken.. on a chicken sandwich!!! I walked all the way to my gate before opening the bag to find a bun with one piece of lettuce and one slice of fake chemical cheese… and NO CHICKEN. Undoubtedly someone’s idea of a joke, unless the all black crew just looked at my white skin and decided I didn’t deserve to be treated well. I’ll never eat there again.

Polite staff who work at a breakneck pace to keep up during busy times. All things considered, it is well run and a good option to have prior to flying out. Helpful to have two kiosks for diners to order at in addition to the regular line to the register.

There's a reason the reviews are so poor. Extremely rude and hostile employees. My kiosk order was lost, and I was interrogated about an order number and a receipt even though the kiosk gives neither. Had to folow up not once, not twice, but thrice to finally get my order.

We were running quickly to our terminal but we needed food for the plane so we grabbed some chicken nuggets and I got a wrap from Wendy’s! They were both delicious and we will be back!
