Customer service is so so poor. The man at the front had an attitude and his tone was off. He might hate his job but that’s not our fault. Speak to people kindly. We are customers not your children.

I rarely write one star reviews, but I have to put this out there. I am a flight attendant who was passing through on a commute home after working a 13 hour flight back to the US. I drove to Laguardia to fly home. I stopped by this Wendys location for a quick bite before going to my gate. Something small. Tenders and fries. Nothing remarkable but it was quick and easy. Two hours later in the plane ride home, I was vomiting non stop. I am writing this a day later, my body completely sore and bloated from the violent vomiting my body put itself through in that plane ride.

It was the most embarrassing and exhausting flight experience ever (and I fly for a living), and I know it was from those spoiled tenders. I had chills, constant nausea, and constant trips to the lavatory. Please, if someone at the Wendys location is reading this: Watch your food safety practices. Imagine you are innocently passing by and having a quick fast food meal before going home or to work, and you get violently sick. I hope I was not the only one affected.

This Wendy’s might been the worst EVER! The food was ok but the trashy place was very disgusting and disappointing. I saw two workers making out in the hallway secretly, at least I think so. Terrible Wendy’s.

To even give a star is criminal. Disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location.

I ordered through the self-service kiosk and paid with Apple Cash. After ordering, I was told that items I paid for (a baked potato and chili) were unavailable. Without speaking to me first, the staff substituted different items. When I went back to ask about it, I was told that what they substituted (a large fry and an additional burger) would have cost more if ordered, implying that I was receiving greater value.

However, what I actually received did not add up to a nearly $28 total. The portion and quality of the food did not match that price point at all — especially considering the food was cold, I was not given a receipt, and despite ordering a meal, I was not offered a refill.

Airport pricing is expected, but clear communication and transparency still matter. This experience felt disorganized and left me feeling uncertain about what I was charged for versus what I received.

This location is going on my favorites list. I had an issue with the Wendy's app and the workers here were very quick and nice about my issue. The manager was super friendly and helpful. Very good and happy experience. Would recommend.

It’s my first time in this airport, so naturally, if i’m hungry, I go look up the food options near me to verify what’s open and what’s not. The wendy’s says it opens at 4:30a.m., so at 4:52a.m. exactly, I go stand in line. I stand there for a few minutes, and the employees seem to be trying to figure something out, that’s understandable. I’m in no real rush, so I wait for a few minutes. A shorter guy with glasses in a dark gray shirt then tells me “we’re not open until 5:30a.m.”. I started off with “I didn’t know tha-“ and before I could even get to saying that the website says 4:30, he just repeats “we don’t open until 5:30”. literally TWO minutes later, I see someone walk up and order (I can see the line from where I was sitting). I approach them again, and this time it was a young lady at the register. she says they open at 4:30, I then ask why did that man (proceeded to point to said man) say 5:30. she doesn’t give me any further explanation than “we weren’t ready”. she said they were ready now, but after that experience, I no longer wanted anything except an honest apology. Definitely don’t recommend.

Read all the google reviews before ordering & I must say, you can’t always go by the reviews because my experience was good. The employee who helped me was really nice & my breakfast sandwich was SO SO SO GOOD!

I ordered a chicken buddy biscuit. I recieved a TYSON chicken patty on a biscuit; not chicken made from all-white meat, breaded and fried to crispy perfection. It was DISGUSTING! I have hard this item in other states NEVER have I been served a frozen chicken patty!
