The order was wrong, and took long despite anyone in the store. The quality of the taste was poor, and didn’t follow my custom instructions. The bathroom was locked, dirty and not accessible. So unhealthy, with floors slippery with milkshakes on the floor that I almost fell. The Wi-Fi is ok, compared to the area. The machines are dead, they have to prepare your drink. More complaints? lol 😝

The hamburgers are never hot but barely warm. Sometimes the fries as well. Won't buy their burgers anymore. The illegal people allow their kids to run around like it's a playground; not disciplining them at all.

Ordered from this Wendy’s on 21st. Spicy chicken sandwich was un-eatable. Chicken was stiffer than dreadlocks and one of the sandwich had strain of hair to top it off. Will never order again from there.
