The girl was rude at the counter… put my order down on the counter… didn’t know if it was my, I had to ask her. What happen to “your order is ready, please come back soon.. “ poor attitude,. I ordered blue cheese dip, she forgot it. The girl that took my order is the same girl that prepared my food.

Wow FAKE is the new trend. So excited for s wings, its not boneless WINGS, Its chicken strip cut in the shape of a wings. Lost my appetite. These two were so busy on their phone,I had to scream loudly,before they notice a customer need to place an order. Any policy,no phone while working,emergency i do understand.

Location is severely understaffed. Pickup usually takes about 10-15 minutes AFTER your food is already prepared and waiting on the shelf. Staff members also completely ignore people when they try to get their attention, and don't even try to respond or ask you to wait. I don't entirely blame them, they're probably tired from dealing with frustrated customers watching their food sit on the shelf and get cold while they wait.
Management needs to hire more help to deal with the volume of orders, they're clearly getting enough business to afford it.
