I ordered a pick up for 10:30pm I arrived at 10:20 and it was ready. It was there for a very long time that wings were saggy cold and barely any sauce I had to throw it away and went to sleep hungry don’t go there please. They really need to improve everything about this place

I placed an order at 11:35pm because online says they were still receiving delivery orders (through seamless). My food was supposed to be delivered by 12:25am then they sent me a text that was delayed. When i went to google it says they were closed and next delivery was at 11:35am so i never received my food.

My family loves to order delivery from Wingstop but the one on Freshpond Rd. shows a lack of care and sends food that is overcooked at times or missing items. This last time I just couldn’t believe they would send me a burned sandwich and hard wings. I will be ordering from another location from now on.

Yesterday I ordered food through Uber and they never confirmed the order and I lost my money and the worst of all is that they say the food was sent to my house but it never arrived.

I wasn’t feeling well so I decided we to order wings stop for the family. I Ordered $60 worth of food from this location and never received it. I attempted to call and no one answered the phone number. I went back to the place the next day and the guy at the register called me difficult bc I was requesting a refund. He admitted to throwing the food away because no one picked it up. It’s a shame but they definitely lost a customer.
