Worst Wingstop I've ordered from. Placed a delivery order that was supposed to take 45 minutes. The delivery person arrived at 30 minutes and waited, at 45 minutes the restaurant told them they only just accepted the order and it'd be another hr. Sure enough they didn't even finish it for another hr so total time was over 2 hours for delivery. Don't use this Wingstop!

I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Wings Stop. I ordered three different flavors, but the wings had no salt and the flavors I chose had no taste at all. I’ve ordered from a different location before and never had this issue, so this experience was extremely disappointing. I paid for delivery, tips, and taxes, and it was not worth it. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this location again.

I placed an online order, but I forgot to change my location, the manager told me to call the other location and ask them to cancel. He then went ahead and gave me a complimentary meal because of a past bad experience I had at this location 2 years ago I was told I would get back a refund, but never did.

For my first time coming here I’m extremely disappointed. The customer service is horrible. Barely paying attention to the fact that I was there, and they seemed annoyed at the fact that they had to do their job. when I got my food, it came to me dry and almost tasteless. For the quality of food the prices are too high and i do not recommend coming here.

I came to this location before maybe a year ago. The food was great. Customer service was great. I came today. All bad. The food was bad. Customer service was horrible. The french fries was burnt. They were all standing in the back with their back to the counter with the food is being made. I didn’t like it. I will not return.

The service is almost nonexistent. All of the employees stand around in the back, leisurely chatting, moving very slowly, and pretending like they don’t see anyone waiting at the counter, while the order that the person is picking up is just sitting on their shelf getting colder and colder. It doesn’t even seem like there’s a proper manager at this location, and many other Wingstop locations, for that matter.

I used to always order very large orders from here and almost every time the would screw up my order.. very frustrating. So I decided NEVER to order from this location anymore and I hope corporate sees these reviews and either replace the staff or close down shop.

Amazing food, affordable online, and doesn’t disappoint. Only complaints is that service is a little slow most of the time and there is now seating so you have to find some place else
Horrible. There are valid reasons why their rating is so low. Aside from the wings, the girl forgot my brownie. I had to drive all the way back because they weren't answering the phone. I get there and the manager guy there refused to compensate with anything else. I had to use my gas to come back, that was more than the brownie! Got my $2.80 refund and won't be back. Definitely go somewhere else.

Im so disappointed in this food and to think chicken wings are the easiest thing to make. To throw Parmesan cheese on the unseasoned wings instead of the garlic Parmesan sauce and they threw buffalo sauce on wings instead of the Cajun sauce, is horrible. I have wing stop at other locations and it was great but this was disgusting and to think the wings are hard and overcooked makes it worse. 17 bucks for 10 wings that are in eatable is horrible.
