The woman who was there at 1:50 at night wednesday 11/6/24 which I also called at 1:30 and no one answers the phone ever, whether it’s early afternoon or late night she refuses to answer why, she refuses to help me, she refuses to give my my receipt on the last interaction we had a month ago as well as refuses to fix my order that was made last time in person and obligated me to pay for their mess up on my order. I been to numerous locations for years in Astoria/queens. The sunnyside location, the Steinway location as well as the Queensbridge 21st & 40th avenue location. She is very rude and stares at me without even giving an answer so I decided to record the issue again as I have last time on our last interaction. I’ve worked in food industry for 15 years.
There is no answer for solutions anywhere around everytime I come into an interaction with her she makes me feel beyond uncomfortable for a customer and gives very disrespectful feedback when I ask her why or any questions related to the Wingstop business. Those aren’t the type of employees you should keep around if you want to run your business DRY. I will be making another complain to the business bearu as well because it is not the first time and I live in the neighborhood where I stop by after my night shift as security not too far from Wingstop. As I said I will be contacting the business Bureau and HR. As a customer and hard worker myself with uber as a 2nd part time job this is uncomfortable, feels discriminating & unbearable. I come to get my food and go and it’s the second time again she gives me a personal issue. The restaurant is suppose to be open until the designated time their regular requirements meet. Not 5 minutes earlier not 10 minutes earlier not 15 minutes earlier. I’ve been in the food industry for 15 years AGAIN i feel the need to repeat because people like her will run your customers OUT & never want to spend their hard earnings on a disgusting attitude employee.

I don't know why it has such low ratings. What they serve in this branch has the same flavor as in any other. The hours are excellent in case you get hungry very late (they close at 3 am).
The service is not spectacular, but it is not bad either from the Latin guy at the checkout, who speaks to you in Spanish without any problem. It takes about 5-7 minutes to fill each order, the longest I waited for them to serve me was about 15 minutes.
They have a super good package that comes with 20 boneless (up to 4 different sauces), large potatoes and two dressings for only $17.99. It's cheaper than buying at a Wingstop in Mexico.
The boneless ones are of an acceptable size, the seasoned potatoes are very delicious. They have a detail with the ranch sauce that is very watery, but it has a good flavor so I didn't give it much importance.
If you want something without fat, this is NOT your place.

Just look at the bag and look at the wax paper the wings are laying on. You could imagine how much oil they drowned this chicken in. I had the runs for 4 days straight. You guys are a brand new store and already making a bad name for yourself. Also lacking in common sense areas.I just wanted bone in chicken wings with the flavor lemon pepper, but dry seasoning and wet meaning the lemon pepper SAUCE as well not drown my in OIL as wet ????? idk how much simpler to explain that when I ordered it I said it the same way specifying that there’s ALSO a lemon pepper sauce and the man proceeded to yes me rushing to dismiss the order, and as I waited I was confirmed the man still was not understanding when I retrieved the food, I opened the container because it was for carry out and as I figured he only put dry seasoning & that’s when he also had it drowned in so much oil it was pouring out the container the chicken was placed in. Even damaged my expensive clothing. Good job guys.

I'm glad that there's finally a wingstop close to where I live. The food was pretty good, tasted like how it should be, they're definitely adding extra flavor to their chicken, though which is great but doesn't work well with some flavors.
