wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

I ordered the 15 piece boneless meal and a LARGE ranch thur the doordash app - when my order arrived, only received the wings. I contacted the store and the guy had an absolutely disgusting attitude. He never apologized for messing up the door and he told me to contact doordash because its their fault not the store. I explain to him that doordash just delivers orders and they store is responsible for cooking/packaging & they said "do what you want". Very disappointing and disgusting. They need to close this location.

i bought here twice and genually did not like it. first time the ranch was expired or something. the wings were over seasoned and the fries were okay. gave it a 2nd shot and this time i asked for 4 different flavors and i was only sent 2 of the 4. very dissapointed and once again the wings were horrible and over seasoned. never coming back here again. (i asked for a refund on 2nd order and thankfully i got it)

Took ~25 minutes to get our food - multiple groups of people who arrived and ordered after us got their food before us. On top of the food taking forever, they forgot an item. So much wasted time and we didn't even get all our food! Workers also did not seem to wear gloves when preparing the food. Do not recommend!
