I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

I ordered the 15 piece boneless meal and a LARGE ranch thur the doordash app - when my order arrived, only received the wings. I contacted the store and the guy had an absolutely disgusting attitude. He never apologized for messing up the door and he told me to contact doordash because its their fault not the store. I explain to him that doordash just delivers orders and they store is responsible for cooking/packaging & they said "do what you want". Very disappointing and disgusting. They need to close this location.
