The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight

Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.

I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in orange city, FL.

Website is down, but they refuse to take orders over the phone. Apparently 30 wings is too big of an order, even when you state you can pay over the phone. Bottom line is, it is totally doable but they refuse to make things right for their customers. That 64% like rate makes sense now.

I went to Kingston today ordered 4 louisiana rub and 4 Lemon pepper with the fried corn it was amazing!! The man who cooked my food name was WEEKEND!! I know because I called to let them know how perfect it was!! so I think he should call himself SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!! Thank you Wingstop on NorthMarket!! Everyone is so pleasant and Helpful!!

Absolutely terrible. I placed an order on Uber Eats, and they not only FORGOT AN ENTIRE BAG OF FOOD, but when my Uber driver tried to stand up for me, the staff essentially told him to get lost and insisted that all the food was already in the small bag they had given him. By the way, that small bag was clearly labeled “1 of 2 BAGS.” My poor driver did his best to get us our missing food, but they insisted everything was correct when it clearly wasn’t. Arrogant to say the least. I would never order from here again.

I wish I would have saw these reviews before ordering. I ordered 10 classic lemon pepper wings and every single wing had freezer burn on it and it tasted funny. I couldn’t even eat it. It was so disgusting. The best part of the meal was the ranch dressing smh

Horrible horrible food. Never again. Seriously if you can’t make something as simple as chicken, why are you even in the restaurant business.
