The wingstop in Hobbs New Mexico need to train their staff on customer service. The little girls would rather take selfies than help you out.

Fuqua location Houston tx . Absolute trash, had a order not show and tried calling to ask what the issue v was doordash tells me that Wingstop cancelled the order. Ive called up there a few times to at least get a refund seeing as I never got my food nor was doordash ever able to leave with the order and I get a lie saying there isn't any sort of manager there and they cannot refund my money without the manager and I have to call back after 6. When I try to call at that time I'm repeatedly hung up on it or on hold for 45 mins then hung up on 5 days now and still haven't been able to get refund or food

Do NOT order from this Wingstop! Horrible & rude customer service. Waited for 2 1/2 hours for my food with DoorDash because Wingstop has no in house process service to verify pick up and they claim someone stole my order but yet it took them 50 minutes to make my order the 2nd time for the 2nd DoorDash driver even after I spoke to the manager Martha and Neeana and asked for them to RUSH my 2nd order & manager hung up on me. 2 1/2 hours later & we still don’t have our $100 food order.
I have been waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes and no one is coming to answer it. They only delivered 21 wings instead of 30 and I want some of my money back.

I ordered on uber eats and it’s the best wingstop I have ever ordered from. Keep in mind this was 12 midnight on a Tuesday. Everything came correct, perfectly cooked and seasoned.
